The shoes are GORGEOUS! The customer service was lacking. No reply to my question and it took around a month. If you are patient, I am sure you will love your shoes!

I live my yellow sling back pumps , only problem is that I wish the heel was a little bit taller 1/2”. But apart from that I still love it.

I finally received my oxfords shoes. When I opened the package , the shoes had a horrible smell. There were dark spots on the side and front toes of both shoes !! After waiting all that time . Never buy here again !!

I placed my order for the delivery to be 12 -15 business days for me to have not received anything concerning my order. I called the customer service for the number not to be in service.i sent an email to have not received a reply.

After making my order, I never recieved conformation or tracking number. Serveral requests by email were ignored. After filing a complaint with paypal, I finally heard from them, but it was too late to cancel the order. The shoes came, and the first time they were tried on, three 'lace hooks' popped off. I emailed their customer service and they asked if I would be happy receiving an $8 refund (the price i paid was $97) and they suggested I take the shoes to a repair shop. There are no shoe repair shops in my area and i feared that there would be further issues with lace hooks and eyelets as they appeared to be very low quaility, so i requested return information and never received a response. I am currently continuing my case against them through Paypal and looking into weather my debit card issuer can take action. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Ordered 40 EU. I am normally a 39.5 EU. According to their measurements, I should have ordered a 38 EU - yet I found this strange and went ahead to order half a size bigger than my normal size (as I usually do for high heels). The shoes were so small that I could not even put my whole foot in the shoe. There were at least 3cm hanging. Tried to change my order by logging into my account but it wouldn't allow me. Requested to change my password. Was told that I would be sent an email with how to change the password over the next few seconds. Never received an email even though I checked both spam and junk folder. Tried this at least 20 times over the last few months. Have tried contacting the company via email - no answer. Called several times - no answer. Sent DMs on Instagram and Messenger - no answer. Honestly, this situation has caused me so much distress - even though their shoes are really pretty, the service is awful, and if I were you, I would spare myself of the trouble, the distress and the anxiety which I have been going through these past few months! Do not buy! Very unprofessional and unacceptable service.

My order got cancelled I asked why that happened and never received any response! I just don’t get it at all!!

I never received a tracking number for my order. Every time I emailed them, they responded in Chinese so I didn't know what they were saying! And I still don't have my shoes.

I ordered three pairs of loafers, one was the correct color the other two were not, but I still love them so I will keep them.

Quality is excellent! The shoes are well made and super conformable. Just place a second order!
