Never bought from them but they are selling counterfeit of well known brands. I recognized a knock off of a genuine pair I have. I know the real brand well and am a repeat customer, so I new what wasnt right about them on sight. Judging from other reviews, cheap materials are also used. I wouldn't waste your money.

The site presented good size and angles of product. Would have rated higher if the production details (materials used, etc.) were closer to the product description (style, uses, etc.). I lost time searching to read if shoes were plastic, rubber, and such need to know matters.

Large shoe sizes for women are hard to come by. The site was easy to navigate. Thank you

It is not the customers job to provide a company basic internal structure whereby you track incoming returns!!!
Awful Awful customer service. Stole my money without providing an exchange or refund! Nice Pairs says it is the customer who has to provide proof of return!!!

Defective shoes! The order took 3 times longer than promised. The shoes arrived defective, and I mean really defective. As per their return policy, they would refund return shipping if it was a manufacturer defect, but they refused to honor that. Bad business practices....bad customer service. Won't buy from them again.

Google search took me to your website. Ordering was easy.

My order took too long to come in and the quality is a joke. I only wear authentic designer cowboy boots. The boot itself is made of fake leather and are not comfortable at all. Do not order from this company. I am keeping the boots because it is too bothersome to send them back. Never again!

The quality is not what is pictured. I previously left a bad review but the Compnay refunded my money (not the tax) and have been easy to deal with the return. I changed to three stars since they’ve been cooperative but I wouldn’t order through them again.

I really like the presentation of your products . The platform is laid out in such a way that it grabs your interest immediately . I was on the web looking to buy something different than my regular style of shoes . I wanted something different stylish , and sexy , and i must admit Nicepairs you delivered just that . I can't wait until my five pair of ankle boots arrive . They're so different , and so gorgeous . Nicepairs don't change a thing about your presentation, your layout , and vibrant pictures of your products . It grabbed me , and that's saying a lot , because I normally keep right on looking and bypass things without making a purchase no matter what , but this time i could not do that . So congratulations you got me, and I'm so happy 😊 for that. I've received all five pairs of my ankle boots and i must tell you they are as gorgeous . You know how some times shoes look better in an add than in reality , well that's not the case here . These ankle boots are so beautiful , and the quality of the boots are 1st class . I'm so impressed with my boots. I ordered these boots and they arrived within a couple of weeks ,and i was surprised about that too . I love this company, and this is my very first time ordering from them , and it won't be the last . I place a order over 2 weeks ago & still haven't received my package not even a tracking number. Reached out to the company through email twice but no response! They was very helpful for placing the order but now it's like they don't even exist. 😡

Excellent product price and customer care

Do not buy from this store!!!!!!!! The packaging came in ripped and wet. The shoes were flimsy and water damaged. Even without the water damage it felt like the heels were made so poorly that they’d break as soon as anyone put weight on them. Also way too big. I ordered a 7 even though I usually wear a 7.5. The shoe was big enough to fit my mom who is a size 8.5. Because of their return policy I can’t return it because it took more than 30 days to come in!!! This is a scam - do not buy from these people!!!
