Lovely jewellery & shopping experience!
I recently ordered some jewellery from the Hydrangea collection at Nice Cream London after seeing it on one of my fave influencers. The shopping experience was great from start to finish, I can’t recommend the brand enough! The pieces are unique, well made, and feel really special — you can tell a lot of care goes into the design and quality, as well as the customer service. Everything arrived exactly as expected and was packaged beautifully too. I’ve had so many compliments already and have already purchased again for gifts and myself.

I bought some jewellery for my girlfriend and accidentally ordered the wrong thing. Customer service was really quick to respond, they organised an exchange speedily and helped me to get everything in time for her birthday. She loves the pieces too. I would order again.

10/10 Customer Service
I had the pleasure of working with Aaron from customer service over the past three weeks. I had made a mistake with my shipping information, and my package was returned, especially complicated since I had placed the order from outside the country. Aaron dedicated weeks to locating the package and ensuring it was reshipped exactly where it needed to go for my new address.
He stayed in contact with me almost every day, providing updates and making sure everything was handled correctly. His customer service is truly 10/10, and he was always prompt and professional in his responses. I will absolutely be ordering another gift for my wife, and now that I’m back in the States, the shipping is very reasonable too.

Cheap/poor quality jewlery, terrible customer service
My wife bought earrings and a necklace for our upcoming wedding and had an allergic reaction. They agreed for her to return the items, knowing she only tried on the necklace. She paid for return shipping and they lied and said the jewelry was used which was a flat out lie. Customer service is horrible and the quality of their jewelry is so poor. I promise you you will find the exact same quality jewelry off Amazon for a quarter of the price. Its literally overpriced, cheap jewlery that they try to advertise as otherwise using social media. Don't fall for this scam. Trust me, your better of spending your money elsewhere.

Thank you for your review. This relates to the same return we have already addressed in detail in our response to Mary’s review (please see below). The items were not returned in their original condition, and the return was refused in line with our hygiene and returns policy.
We apply our policies consistently and fairly for every customer, and we do not make exceptions that compromise those standards. As mentioned previously, the items can be returned to you once postage is paid, or securely disposed of at your request. We will also provide all documentation to your card provider should a dispute be raised so that they can make an independent decision.

Horrible quality, allergic reaction

My bank closed the dispute in my favor. They too agreed this company is a scam. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase any cheap jewelry from this horrible company.

DO NOT BUY. Scam company. I bought earrings and a necklace for my upcoming wedding. I tried on the necklace and got an allergic reaction. I did not touch the earrings and reached out to them immediately. They knew I tried on only the necklace, approved my return, then proceeded to give me wrong return instructions and I paid over $90 for return shipping. They lied and stated the items are in used condition which is a complete LIE. Buyer beware, they will do anything not to refund you even if you return the item in good condition. They will make things up. Their jewlery is absolutely so cheap and not worth the money at all. I bought $30 earrings from Amazon that look exactly the same and did not give me an allergic reaction. Their jewelry is a literal scam. I’m disputing this charge with my credit card company and I highly advise you do not buy from this scam of a company. You can find better quality jewelry for a quarter of the price.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way, and we would like to provide clarity for anyone reading.
You contacted us after wearing the necklace and experiencing a reaction, and we assisted you in arranging a return straight away. At that time, we clearly explained that you were welcome to return the items as long as they were sent back in their original condition, and that the earrings must be unused for hygiene reasons.
When your items arrived back with us, our team inspected and photographed them in line with our hygiene and returns policy. The earrings showed visible signs of wear, the necklace was tightly knotted to the point we have been unable to undo it, and the necklace box also contained a piece of soiled tissue paper. As a result, neither the jewellery nor the packaging met the standard required for a return. Items received in a used, damaged or unhygienic condition cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
The jewellery was not found to be faulty, and our decision is based solely on the documented condition of the items upon arrival. We apply our hygiene policies consistently and fairly for every customer, and we do not make exceptions based on pressure or the threat of negative reviews.
Regarding postage, customers are free to use any courier of their choice, and we do not add charges or influence international shipping costs.
We understand this outcome was disappointing and offered to either return your items to you or securely dispose of them. We will also provide all evidence to your card provider should a dispute be raised so that they can review the facts independently.
We remain committed to protecting our customers through clear hygiene standards and transparent, consistent processes. Thank you for helping to highlight how seriously we take these standards. While we understand this outcome was not what you had hoped for, we will always uphold our policies fairly and will not be pressured into making exceptions that compromise customer safety or integrity.
