I’ve been with this company for a few months and don’t have negative things to say. The structure of the company is good. The relationship between the clients and Management is good. The Management and workers have a respectful relationship. Rostering is always understanding about situations that may affect one’s shift. There’s only good things to say about the company but I don’t want to seem like I’m bragging about it. I’ve had great fun working for them and will continue to work for them.

I feel very supported by my Sydney team. The Sydney office really listens to my concerns over my clients support whenever I have concerns. They act upon it quickly. They are contactable when I need someone to respond to an issue or questions I might have.

CRM Stacey H is wonderful at her work, i know first hand because I am a Support Worker. Stacey visited my client while on shift and right from the start made my Client feel relaxed and comfortable. CRM Stacey then walked through our client's house listening to his experiences, asking questions and making the client feel cared for, which put the biggest smile on our client's face and he reminisced the experience for some time. And that my people is a large part of the industry we love to work in .
