NEXTT provide quality professional services that are truly person centric. As a Recovery Coach and Support Coordinator, I have been highly impressed by NEXTT's approach to tailoring support for people with a Psychosocial Disability and their ability to collaborate not only with individual participants, carers and kin, but also the support provided to their staff. NEXTT are proving to be an emerging leader in the Port Macquarie area for mental health and trauma informed support.

I recently attended Nextt's NexttDoor networking event. It was one of best networking events I've attended. They had a great range of guest speakers, the hospitality was great and I had the opportunity to make new connections. I'm looking forward to the Nextt one.

In my experience, Nextt is a well organised company whose processes and communications are excellent. The workers who have been with my son have been conscientious and capable. Unfortunately, there has been a high staff turnover which has been unsettling for my son

Casey has been by far, in my 3 and half years as a committed Support Worker with Nextt. One of, the most interactive, supportive, empathetic, approachable CRMs at Nextt Brisbane office.

Casey always goes above and beyond and communicates effectively with our participants, their families and us as Support Workers.

Professional and cooperative staff make Nextt a reliable and effective company. Communication is prompt and smooth. Information is accessible and clients' details are neatly and properly documented. Regular training is given to staff and this helps clients to receive the service required. All in all, being Nextt family is really advantageous.

Nextt have a very experienced team of support workers, Casey my contact goes out of her way to accommodate me with my daughter's requirements.
My daughter looks forward to her support each week this in turn takes a lot of pressure off myself, keep up the good work.

Nextt are doing well with their staff, very experienced and know what to do when needed. They are also good for companionship and company when you need a little advice.
