I purchased a Microsoft office course to complete mainly as a refresher whilst awaiting starting a new job. I was fairly competent before hand, but there was still many things I learned which I did not know. Very good value for money and you can work at your own pace when it suits you. Shall be looking at completing further courses.

The websites is really good, time saving, comfortable at your own convenient space, very practical and efficient for busy people like me.

the courses state that they have CPD's and are Qual Safe, after you have paid and done the course they then get you to pay over £100 to have to CPD and Qual Safe stuff, the only thing you get for what you actually pay is just a page saying you done the course (nothing else)

This website has so many different trainings and different levels. The customer service is brilliant. A man by the name Ethan is very helpful, polite and professional and he was very quick in responding to my queries. Would definitely recommend NextGen to others 😊. I would gladly use NextGen again for any future trainings. Thank you 😊

The MS Office course is a bargain, I'm no novice but learnt some interesting things and the course is incredibly thorough, I have taken a lot away from this, well worth doing.

I purchased a course on the 1st of April, yet I have still not received any login details. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email, I have received no response, and it’s impossible to get through to them by phone. The lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable. Customer service is clearly at a very low standard. Edited: The company contacted me and explained the reason for the situation. Unfortunately, it was too late. The refund has been processed.

Great course and educational institution, as this is my second time doing a course with them, however, I am yet to receive my certificate after successful completion of the course I took, and have been since emailing on inquiry about it, and no one is responding to me. I need the certificate urgently for something important, and would really like to know the status of this. Can someone on the team respond?

Very impressed with this course, covered the subject thoroughly and gave so much information for career progression. Good modules and the final assessment was straight forward to complete. I would highly recommend them.
