Lifetime Prime Membership onboarding experience
I paid for Lifetime Prime Membership and hoping I can start doing a course as soon as I make a payment. I wasn’t happy initially coz I waited more than 24hrs for the instruction on how to access the courses for free. (I was told through email it will take 12hrs for my account to be activated).
I even thought it’s a scam because usually once paid, you immediately access the courses you paid.
Support emailed me and apologised and I was happy with the resolution. I even received the instruction with screenshot of how to access the free courses.
I think the page needs improvement but I’m giving them a 4star because I am happy that the issue was resolved plus the list of courses I can take is impressive.

Excellent course covering a great range…
Excellent course covering a great range of topics within the category. Very useful and informative and definitely improved my knowledge base in this area and given me a new found confidence in the field. Now on my 2nd course! Tablet is getting a good workout as so far I have found a larger screen is a necessity for viewing the courses properly, compared to a smaller phone screen. Customer Service at NextGen is the best I have come across. I used Chat and email and communication was excellent and resolved my query with great finesse!
