I have been a customer of the other electrical company (sorry I forgot the company’s name). When Nexamp’s offer came, I became Nexamp customer. Then I noticed my monthly electrical bill is less than what I usually pay. Then another offer from Nexame came whether I’m interested in investing in Nexamp. I agreed to it, and my monthly bill get a little higher. But the monthly bill of Nexamp, after investing is still lower than the bill I have paid to the past supplier. That’s the reason I’m so happy to join Nexamp.

I am withholding my judgment and enrollment unless and until I receive the promised $75 bonus for enrolling. I enrolled one house and received the bonus. I enrolled another house and have yet to receive the bonus.

The initial knock on the door was insightful for me as to the potential benefits of sighing up to be a part of the solar community.
I initially did not as the person sighted a wrong address, and literally grabbed the phone from my hand to expedite the process.
Weeks later, after researching Dominion's involvement, I called Nexamp to enroll as it was veteran based.

I am very pleased with the solar energy option that Nexamp offers. I am able to track my savings.
I do NOT like the excessive delay in billing. My most recent payment was for a billing period 3 months ago.

To clarify, Nexamp bills in arrears because we wait for confirmation from your utility that solar energy credits have been successfully applied to your account before generating an invoice. This approach ensures that you're only charged for credits that have already been used to reduce your electricity costs.
By aligning our invoices with the value of credits applied by your utility, we’re able to provide your savings at a guaranteed discounted rate. If you're ever trying to reconcile your Nexamp invoices with your utility bill, we recommend referencing the production periods listed on your Nexamp invoice, which correspond to when the solar energy was generated. We understand that this billing method can feel delayed, and we appreciate your patience. Please know that we work closely with our utility partners to minimize the time between credit application and invoicing as much as possible.
