Total scam, not a electrician course.
DO NOT SIGN UP for this fraudalent agreement. They will not fullfill their agreement. You will get next to nothing, a few online lessons and youtube videos, every now and then you will be invited to drive 200 miles to pass an exam in the centre. And you have to pay £7200 for that!!!
I want my money back, as they don't care, don't provide any service, just take the money and pretend to "teach you". What a joke.
I will edit this review as situation develops, I will be happy to provide proofs to Trustpilot!

Like many people here, I was lured in with tales of success and riches. Not going to lie, signing up to these guys was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I'm trying to get out by any means necessary. Loan company is cahoots with the college. Once you sign up all contact ends other than an automated message reminding you to complete tasks from a book. I ring in because the book makes no sense and I'm greeted by the plumbing team. Not once have I spoken to a electrician. These guys once paid are rude, penny pinching individuals. I was told the loan was a "student loan" it isn't. I was told weekly check ups from dedicated tutors, I haven't had one. The books they send make aren't in chronological order to the tests you get. (I'm obviously not an electrician) but I am an aerospace engineer and know somewhat what I'm looking at... An absolute pile of sh#t. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Save yourself, stay away. I gave them one star to many.

Dont sign up with them. finance company and college both are hand and glove with this scam.

I am level 2 diploma in Electrical installations. I was looking for a course which was designed to work around my current working situation. Its still early days but I am really happy about the course. I am getting good experience in the training centres... So far So good... Will keep updating this post as I progress.

The course is a rip off they alterd all the login asked for help to get on but nothing from them cancelled course through email then got told I wasn't registered on any course with nto funny I had books which are good for nothing trying to contact the finance company but no response till got threatening letter off them i explained not on course anymore and out of work this is the only response I've had

They are lucky I am giving them 1 star. All I got given were books to read and try and learn from. Then once I was ready to do my practical I had to wait over 6 months before I could go on it and was stuck in limbo. Then covid hit us and I couldn't go and do my practical sessions and was put on furlough so lost my laptop which I used to do the online courses. I spoke to customer services who told me not the worry and they would freeze my training for me until I could get back on my feet. Not even 12 months on and I go and log in to carry on and I am then told my course has ended and that everything I had already done will not count as I hadn't finished the course. I tried to explain what I was told, but they wouldn't listen and basically said it was my own fault!!
Would not recommend these to anyone, look elsewhere

I’ve been studying with new trades career for 10 months and my experience has been disgusting, absolutely frauds that are thinking about the their own pockets. New trades Career purposely sell individual false hopes by signing a loan agreement. Furthermore alI received from the college is a bunch of books and no help, as well as there health and safety pre attendance that you can’t manage to pass to visit the site to do the practical with no progression. I hope someone can’t benefit from this and not fall in to trap.

Awful, told me my course had no time limit as that would be an issue for me; with just two assessments left until I complete my Level 2 they have now said the course has expired and I will have to pay a FURTHER £400(on top of already paying full course fee) for an additional 12month extension. Support and lessons are terrible, long drawn out process designed to make you not complete your course.

Would advise people to do an intensive rapid level 2 course and the complete their level 3 while working in industry.

I would urge anyone who is considering signing up for a course with this company not too and to look at alternative routes into your chosen trade. I have encountered nothing but issues with minimal support or help and now stuck paying it off for the next 3 years as tied into a finance agreement.

DO NOT SIGN UP. This is a rip off. Tricked my son into signing a credit agreement for an Electrical course. Absolutely no support and just ignored all correspondence

Filled in a contact form then spoke to someone over zoom about the course. It was all sun shine and rainbows but when actually doing the course there is a very little help. The college are rude and aggressive and don’t want to know once you sign up on the finance. Now I’m stuck paying £180 for the next 3 years! Avoid this company please don’t make my mistake

They care only for your money, at the moment you sign the contract it is all over.

Worst “customer service” you ever meet!They are quite rude and aggressive . other worst thing is NTC keep your qualifications until all payment been paid!!

Take a look through some of the testimonials and videos of students and you’ll see that they are ‘a safe pair of hands’ when it comes to equipping you with the skills and know-how, you need to become properly qualified.I am one of them.

Someone call me on this college . I requested to do level 2 plumbing 6 to 1 year running. I didn’t request to pay my course finances.. I was ready to pay my own self but he cheated me he put me course 3 years level 1,2,3 and requested finance’s people to pay my course £7,400

I am in this college one year now, I didn’t go one single day practical.
Only what I am study is books

Looking forward to start my new career as a welder. Highly recommend, enjoyed the learning process.

Complete Rip Off - Not a single bit of support during the entire time my son was on the course, so much so he packed it in, its all distance learning at first then you re supposed to progress to the practical later, which never happened, as I believe they never had any training facilities. Not surprising when its a scam. The course fee is covered by a personal loan that is taken out by the student though NTC's loan companies. These guys are nothing but thieves making money out of the commission on the loans, the guy we signed up with Jonathan Sandman disappeared off the face of the earth once we had signed up.....a complete waste of £7800!!, all he wanted to do was get a trade under his belt.

Enjoyed the course, can recommend it 100 %.
