Scam! Avoid!
Their sole purpose is to make individuals believe that they are signing up to a course that you will never pass. I was never invited to attend ANY practical sessions. No help from any tutors. I went to sign in yesterday to be told my course had expired... I have NEVER been told an expiry date, i took this course on the basis that i could take my time and do it around my full time job. The people at the end of the phone (i spoke with a guy called Rob who did not give surname) was rude and dismissive, he said the expiry was explained in a contact which i have no record of, i asked him to email it to me but funnily enough, he has not emailed this to me, i have had no response at all!
This is a fake training center to trick people into taking out a loan. I have essentially paid over £7k and for a few booklets. I will be taking legal action. Please AVIOD.

My course has expired. I try to log on and was declined. When I contacted them the offered me an extension for an extra £440. I don’t know what to do I’ve paid over £6000 and gain no qualification from them. Little to no help from promised tutors. I still have £1440 to pay to a separate finance company. Any advice from anyone would be much appreciated.

Absolute cowboys that just want your money. Do not use them, they fill you with false positives and empty guarantees, I am seeking legal advice as I've payed 7.5k only for them to cancel the course.

Absolute 100% scamming thieves. I read the reviews on trust pilot before signing on a course with this company and was compelled by the clearly falsified positive reviews - it is completely impossible to pass this course, you will not get the dedicated tutor you are promised.

They will sell the course to you in stages and then sign you onto an agreement through a finance company for the entirety of it - you believe you are signing onto a smaller package than £7800.

Should you not complete the course within the allotted time (which isn't possible) you will be charged on a monthly basis to continue wasting your time, money and motivation.

They have made their money off the backs of people genuinely trying to improve themselves - please trust your gut instinct, you came to trust pilot because something just wasn't sitting right and there's a good reason for that!

Every single negative review on here is delusional. I am certainly not a person from the company giving this fake review.

I have actually joined this company and completed my qualifications. Trained hard and studied and now I have became a qualified plumber and heating engineer.

I have gone forward with the course and doing the higher qualifications now.

A lot on here seems to have a negative comment about the company.

To answer some of the people here in regards to location, distance, money wise; in order to get an investment, you need to invest in a business. This company is all about investing your money into in order to get a lifetime qualification with a good salary in the end. Even though they do take your money it's a money making machine but in the end you get a efficient qualification that will give you a very good lifestyle of living.

This is the only information I will share amongst everyone here.

Absolute rip off no help. No guidance, salesman is a complete liar I think we should sue the company

The only educational part of New Trades Careers services is obtaining your money by deception. Worst company for trying to personally progress in life, there terms and conditions are created over the phone by there own interpretation and fail to respond when get called out.
I will be proceeding with legal action against this company for the 8k obtained, all those effected should come together in a lawsuit against them.

Made an initial enquiry about the type of courses and then received an impromptu phone call from a woman promising me the last available space on an electricians course. It seemed suspicious so I googled the phone number etc to find out it is a pure scam, and over-inflated prices for courses and jobs that they are not eligible to deliver. Then that night, two men dressed like baililiffs turned up at my door saying they had an appointment for signing me up to the course, and asking me if I was on my own and could they come in. My dad chased them down the path, took pictures of their cars ( fancy Range Rover and a Mercedes ) and we called the police. They are trying to make you sign up to fees costing over 5 grand. It was very creepy and weird, and imagine if I had been a female on my own.
Just search for them online and you also will see the scams and bad behaviour comments.

Disgraceful I paid over the odds for this cause and I now have no qualifications or anything. Wasn’t helpful at any point as to what I supposed to be doing and what time frames I had to complete tasks in. Had no contact with my tutor after after asking help several times very poor and complaint to customer services was dismissed.

Terrible every step of the way, July 2020 I started and only just received my level 2 diploma in Plumbing this week.
Centre availability comes once every couple of months so can be waiting 3 months to get back to center and not progress with the home studies as they wont send it out until you've past the center exam & practical's.
As others have stated it is very much a finance scheme for some textbooks. The center was good but is run by a separate company (ERR).

There admin is disgusting and lazy. The people who do the practical tests are good (belive it is a different comapny), the NTC admin side are disgusting.

There practices are money grabbing. 180 a month. Can't access next test to compete until marked current test (Takes a week to mark a multiple choice assessment / automated response on every test so done through a machine / takes a month to do what can be done in a week)

Currently been waiting on practical sessions for tests that are 3 month away. Even though there is no work to be done while waiting they are still happy to take the 180 a month even if asked if can stall payments.

Changed my practical dates last minute, not even by email or phone number (that they have), but by letter. I work away and luckily was home to recieve the letter.

Every email response is "No can do" written in improper English like they couldn't be bothered to check what they send.

Go with a different company, don't go with this one.

Do not use. The worst training provide. I have had so many issues. From the nvq assessment being 270 miles away too telling me i have passed my exams and then forming me that I have not.

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I SIGNED UP FOR A £2100 ELECTRICAL COURSE AFTER GETTING A CALL FROM SALESMAN TOLD I COULD PAY AS LITTLE AS £40 A MONTH WHICH WAS A COMPLETE LIE AS THEY STARTED TAKING £180 A MONTH FROM MY ACCOUNT!!! ALL THEY SENT ME WAS A COURSE BOOK AND SOME CD-ROMS NO HELP FROM WHAT-SO-EVER FROM THE TUTORS WHO NEVER CALLED ME AT LEAST ONCE TO CHECK HOW I WAS DOING OR IF I EVEN STARTED THE COURSE! STUDENT WEBSITE IS VERY BASIC AND CHEAP. AFTER PAYING 2 MONTHS I STOPPED PAYING. I WAS THEN SENT A DEBT COLLECTING LETTER FROM ARC DEBT COLLECTORS SO I TOLD THEM I NEVER AGREED TO A CREDIT CHECK AND I WONT BE PAYING IT AND THEY LEFT ME ALONE AFTER THAT. CHECKED MY CREDIT SCORE AND IT WAS UNAFFECTED AND NEW TRADES CAREER IS NOT EVEN ON MY CREDIT FILE!!! TRUST ME JUST STOP PAYING THEM NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!! TO STOP THEM TAKING MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT DO WHAT I DID CREATE A SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND HAVE YOUR WAGES SENT TO THAT ACCOUNT INSTEAD AND AFTER A FEW MONTHS THEY'LL SOON GIVE UP!!!

Scam to say the least ,
Has anyone not paid them and had debt collects or negative marks alon their credit score. I’ve paid them £4000 so far , Working 12hrs a day 6 days a week , I just haven’t even had time to open a book yet in over 2 years , I’m considering not even paying anymore, I’m at a loss on what to do … I cannot afford this £200 a month

Great course and great content for help. I have made contact regarding my late finishing and they were very helpful and understanding.

Terrible customer service, treating customers like they are scumbags, 8 out of 10 advisors are rude and not willing to help.

This company is a SCAM! Full of false statements. They’re misselling you help and practical sessions, they cannot tell you where they will take place. They have ruined my partners life. They have put tremendous strain on his mental health and his finances. Trauma has been perpetrated by Green 360 Ltd. You will be bound to a third party contract and if you do not cancel after 14days you will need legal advice from a lawyer. Citizens advice, the financial ombudsman will not help you. I prey this company pay the price one day, scum of the earth!

Total scam. Sold as personal assigned tutor, limited spaces and told I was the perfect candidate.

Also told that carnegie consumer finance student loan was one of the better options.

3 text books and some shoddy YouTube videos later

Affected my life massively in a negative way, praying a solicitor firm will pick up this.
