This a scam, New trades career advertise for the course as they are the training provider, while they are not taking any students anymore, they send an advisor read you contract on his laptop, and that's where he gets you coz he hides who is your reel provider is , you sign your contact ,than he send your contract by email , than you find out you been scammed by it a fraud , read the articles about them on the mirrors, if someone reading this cancel and report straight away please read your contract and believe all the 1 star reviews, New trades career, caledonian finance and EER all work together frauding Vulnerable pp ...hope this can help someone

the worst customer service ever, very rude and dont care at all. The interviewer also is a liar just want your money. he told me the course will last up to 4 years and after 36 months, they locked my account and could not get access anymore. They did not inform me that my contract is ending either just block it and said have to apply with ERR for an extension at an extra cost. I told them that i was not told that it is a 3 years course as i am still paying for a period of 4 years at £180 per month(£8460). I even asked them if they can at least send me the remaining books sothat i can at least continue my study as i am still paying for the course and they said unless i pay in full the remaining balance. They only want your money and dont give a dam about your progress or what will happen to your career. I was aslo told that i will get accomodation during the practical week and when i asked for accomodation, they said it has to be more than 50 miles to be eligible for compensation. It is not a centre to study as there are far better elsewhere at even cheaper price. AVOID AT ANY COSTS. i am not the only one complaining with bad experience

They are the worst, don't go with them! They won't care about you just take your money and goodbye! And absolutely rubbish company!!!

Honestly, my experience with NTC has been helpful. I joined up when I was unsure about a lot of things in life, and it did take me awhile to get going. Life has gotten in the way, but they’ve always been quick to get back with me regarding questions about assignments or other general queries. Spoke to them recently after my course time was technically up and they’ve extended it for me (for free) and offered me a different way of learning as reading the books isn’t doing me any favors. I can’t say about others experiences, but for me at least they have been good.

This is a follow up a review I’ve done I can’t stress how fake the positive reviews are. They have paid people to write them you can tell by the way they are worded. Just cancel the payments they will send you a few letters emails, texts and phone calls just block them all. It will get less and less and then lord behold you never hear from them again. Simply don’t pay. I decided to read over the negative reviews again because I can’t believe I fell for it. Wow. Also I forgot to mention last time at ERR Featherstone Dave basically finished all your tasks for you. I had no experience and the guy was condescending, people loved him for some reason.

I'm never going to recommend NTC to do the course. This just money making company. You paid all the money if you short with time they still asking for more money to extend your time. But still not going to extend year the time you paid you need to extend from ghat time not when you joined. My instead 12 months i got 10.5 months taking time to mark assignments and want you to finish 1 assessments per week that customer service rep told me. One said need 95% in HS exam and that exam electrician cant pass as well i showed questions to one and he said what the hell is this where you got these questions. ERR batter then other or your local collage.

Don't use this company as they don't give you the whole truth and you end up paying for the course for longer than it is to last, not worth the money and then they want more if you want to extend the time to complete it

Worst customer service i have ever encountered in my whole life.When you enrol everything is nice and sounds amazing.Few months into the course problems start to appear. They book you into the practical sessions after months when you phone the customer service they lie to you( it happened with me) i phoned second day and someone else gave me different version of the story. And so on and on and on. ONLY LIES. I don't realy believe in reviews but whoever is reading all this reviews believe me they are right. Don't ever bother with this company. PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE ERROLL.

1 star is too many, I have sent a number of emails to ntc and none have them have been picked up include a dsar request sent on the 27th of March 2023, they are claiming they don't have an email from me on that date, they also don't let you cancel if you go over 14 days especially if this lands over new years and Xmas, they seem to think that they are classed within the 14 days,
Unrealistic in what they can offer, will be a case for the courts to look into as I will be suing for every penny back that I have paid for something they haven't provided

Promises to make money for themselves, thanks for putting me debt.

They Missed sold me the course from the beginning and told me once I’ve finished paying for the course they would re pay me the money back that I’d over paid, but this wasn’t the case and I’m now owed 2500 off them and they won’t re pay me the money I’ve over paid back.
Please do not enrol with this college.

My experience was great with NTC very professional and always on had to help out if I needed anything, also the course is good and broken down into easy learning

Hello, this is a message to everyone who has been affected by these companies, Caledonian finance group Carnegie Consumer Finance, Green 360 limited Affinity construction training (ACT) New Trades Career.
You need to report this to Action Fraud immediately IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR TRAINING COURSES, AND NOT RECEIVED WHAT YOU WERE PROMISED.

Date of experience: 16 January 2024

I joined this course back in Jan 2021 during a time of uncertainty and unknowing especially as i worked in the aerospace industry.

I have found this course to be easy to navigate and with some great upgrades to the system since joining, mainly that TMA'sare now submitted digitally.

I have had numerous interactions with both the tutors and the admin team, and have had nothing but positive interactions with both.

I'm looking forward to completei.g the course and getting out there in the big world of domestic plumbing.

Big time scammers I have lost £8000 in return I did not get anything.

Absolute pack of lies from the word go, told by the salesman that its at your own pace and no time limit to complete work, not true at all, course fees increase if you go over an allocated time even if the delay is their fault and/or due to backlogs from covid.
Told that accomodation/transport is included in the price and given the test centre was 150miles away this was a must, yet again, not true at all, you can claim back expenses AFTER completing the course and even then only at their discretion and subjet to what they call fair rates (the accomodation maximum they would allow was £30 a night, which in central london dosent even cover the breakfast tbf) to complete the course was going to cost an extra £4000 in late fees and accomodation which should have been included and i simply didnt have.
Lastly was told by the salesman that EVERYTHING was included in the price regardless of failed attempts etc and guess what, yes another lie. Wont go into detail but time dependant fees and am2 assesments etc all have fees if not completed with time scale and on first attempt.
Really is a poor course, substandard tutors that simply want to do the absolute bare minimum to get by and lie just as much as the sales team.
If you do manage to pass a course with these guys it wont be for less than £12’000 and even then you will have a piece of paper and no actual clue what it is you are doing

Sales rep told me I could do the electricians course in my own time without it impacting my full time job.

Almost a year in and I get told I need to leave my current full time job in order to gain the onsite qualification. I can't leave my job, I have a family to take care of. I would never have signed up if the sales rep mentioned this in the initial call. He was asked more than once too. He lied.

I have since left the course but down 7k.

Total scam, don’t pay, there is nothing they can do, a load of letters and phone calls but they gradually get less and less till they disappear.👍
