Ik was erg blij met mij nieuwe tas toen ik hem aangekocht had in januari 2024. Ik droeg hem echt ontzettend veel. Helaas werd het zilver na enkele maanden wel snel brons. Bovendien wilde ik op een gegeven moment mijn tas omdoen en scheurde hij langs de naad aan de zijkant helemaal open... Toen ik de klantenservice van Neuville een mailtje stuurde om te vragen of ze dit wilden repareren, werd ik wandelen gestuurd. Jammer dat ik niet geholpen werd.

Service client exceptionnel et d’une gentillesse incroyable

J'ai acheté le sac Elliot Sand Gold (en Belgique), je l'ai reçu après 2 jours seulement. Top qualité, supers dimensions, top rapport qualité prix et ravie d'acheter un produit belge.
J'avais eu un petit souci avec la hanse, j'ai envoyé un mail dimanche, ils m'ont répondu lundi à la première heure et j'avais une nouvelle hanse mardi matin.
Service et produit impeccables de A à Z, je recommande à 1000%.

Le sac est beau mais la version mini est vraiment très petite. Attention les photos sont trompeuses… De plus, ce sont mes amis qui me l’ont offert pour mon anniversaire et ils l’avaient commandé en avance. J’ai ensuite voulu l’échanger pour la taille au dessus (donc leur donner plus d’argent), et ils ont refusé pour seulement 2 jours de retard sur leur délai. Service client très décevant.

Tasche wurde am 02.06.2025 bestellt, für Geburtstag meiner Frau (21.06.).
Angeblich am selben Tag verschickt.
Da aber die Sendungsverfolgung dauerhaft anzeigte, dass die Daten nur übermittelt wurden, aber ohne tatsächliche Versandbestätigung, habe ich mehrfach schriftlich nachhaken müssen.
Am 21.06 (!) kam dann die Tasche, die erst am 19.06. scheinbar erneut versendet wurde.
Da die Tasche meiner Frau jedoch in live nicht gefällt, wollte ich retournieren. Geht jedoch nicht, da die Frist seit Bestellung abgelaufen ist. Zu Erinnerung: auf Verschulden von Neuville.io
Nun mehrfach Neuville.io angeschrieben, keinerlei Reaktion mehr. Bei der Summe sehr ärgerlich.
Werde nun weitere Schritte einleiten müssen.
Wer sich viel Zeit und Ärger sparen möchte -> Finger weg von diesem Hersteller!

J'avais commandé un sac en février de cette année, malheureusement petit problème de couture qui a cédée. Je sais que ça doit sûrement être rare car c'est une marque de confiance et de qualité.
J'ai contacté le service après vente et la solution a desuite été trouvée! En 2 jours ils m'ont renvoyé un nouveau sac!
J'ai même pu garder l'ancien.

I received a bag for Christmas, and unfortunately, after a few months, I noticed it was showing signs of wear a little too easily. I reached out to the company via email with pictures, and I was incredibly impressed by their responsiveness and helpfulness!
They promptly offered to send me a replacement bag directly. Although the original color was no longer available, they sent me an alternative, which I appreciate. While I wasn't able to choose a different model, I completely understand their policy on this.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with how quickly and efficiently they resolved the issue.

J'avais commandé un sac en juin 2025 avec un défaut près de la boucle aimantée.

J'ai demandé a un échange 2-3 jours après l'avoir reçu. Ils m'ont refusé étant donné que je l'ai utilisé.

J'ai trouvé ça très moyen
En octobre 2025 je décide de retenter de les contacter pour un geste.
Très réactif ils m'ont offert soit un nouveau sac ou 40€ de dédommagement.

J'ai décidé de renvoyer le sac contre un neuf, chose qu'ils ont fait+ un porte carte offert.
Le service client est mieux !

J’ai commandé un sac magnifique chez Neuville, malheureusement j’ai remarqué un petit défaut après quelques jours. J’en ai directement parlé au service client et ils n’ont pas hésité à me proposer des alternatives pour y remédier. En plus d’être excrément rapide pour répondre, ils sont très rapides pour renvoyer un sac. J'en ai parlé lundi et j’ai récupérer un nouveau sac le jeudi. Très contente !

Ordered a bag from their website on 03/04/2025 (second time ordering from here and on first occasion had no issues), requesting free shipping, however, when the item arrived, I was expected to pay a fee of £50.00 to UPS to release the item - this was not explained to me by the company. I chased up the package via the company who advised me that it was in transit, however, I then chased with UPS who said that the item was being returned to Nueville. I explained all this to Nueville who had advsied me that once they had received the item they would post it back out to me (this was in May). It is now June and I have still not received the item for which I paid £160.00 and whereas customer service were previously responding to my emails, however, I have now sent a couple of emails which I have had no response. It has been well over two months and I have still not received the item I bought on the 3rd April for £160.00. Will be looking to take this further.

It is not possible to return an order. In theory, yes, but not in practice. You first have to request a return and then supposedly receive an email when it has been authorised - which is already an unusual procedure. Unfortunately, I haven't received any feedback since then, so I can't send my order back. Very unprofessional!

I had an issue with my bag and approached neuville via mail. They responded very quick and very nicely. I got a shipping label via mail very quickly but had to delay the process due to a longer holiday. They were very helpful and I could just get back to them after returning. I then shipped the bag with their label and got feedback on the day they received my package a few days later. Result: I will soon get a new bag instead.
Happy with the process, the communication and the result. Looking forward to my next purchases.

Worst experience with the bag I ordered. I wanted to return it because I wanted to order the bigger size. But impossible to return the bag because I « removed the safety wraps ». When I asked the brand to return the bag, they sent me instructions that stated the safety wraps had to remain on the bag for the brand to validate the return. However, the safety wraps are on both straps of the Maxke bag, so it would actually be impossible to really see if the bag matches ones expectations.
After writing the brand about this there’s nothing they are willing to do even though I said I wanted to buy the bigger size. They could have at least send me a code or offer free delivery for the bigger bag.
The should put a message with the bag stating those instructions.

J’étais vraiment très heureuse de recevoir pour mon anniversaire ce sac que j’attendais avec impatience au final il est arrivé abîmé… je n’ai aucun retour du service client malgré mail à l’adresse indiquée et demande de contact en ligne.

Ordered but it never arrived as it was sent via UPS.
To add insult to serious injury I had to pay £90 import charges for my parcel to be delivered to some random place.
Not impressed and won't be shopping with you again.
