I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Neubrain.co affiliate program.

I contacted them multiple times by email but received no response at all. When they finally replied, they repeatedly promised that my payment would be processed, but then disappeared again and completely failed to take responsibility for the issue.

Although the amount of $163.22 is not particularly large, this experience says a lot about their professionalism and how they handle their affiliate partners. They have failed to pay a commission that was generated through the time, effort, and resources I invested in promoting their business.

After looking through Trustpilot, I also found many 1-star reviews describing similar experiences. This raises serious concerns about the quality and reliability of their affiliate program.

My advice: I strongly recommend that affiliates think twice before joining the Neubrain.co affiliate program, as you may end up wasting a significant amount of time and effort.

Very disappointing customer service and return policy experience.

I purchased my first order with enough product to last approximately three months, and I did not knowingly agree to enroll in a subscription or recurring charges. (I always make sure to click ONE TIME ORDER, or NO SUBSCRIPTION.)

Before receiving any additional orders, I even reached out to customer service to confirm that I was not signed up for recurring billing and to check on the status of my order. They responded with shipping information but did not address my question about the subscription. (RED FLAG.)

Fast forward, I noticed a charge for another three months’ worth of product. I immediately contacted customer service requesting cancellation and a refund, but I did not receive a response until after the order had already shipped.(RED FLAG AGAIN!)

After going back and forth with their team, they refused to accept a return..even though the shipment was unopened and could easily be returned.

This experience has been extremely frustrating. The subscription process does not feel transparent, and the lack of timely support left me feeling like I had no opportunity to resolve the issue before being charged and shipped another order.

I strongly encourage this company to reconsider how they handle subscriptions, customer communication, and return requests. Customers deserve a clearer process and better support!!!

Taste is awful Gave me a stomach ache. Requested refund within the websites guaranteed date AND cancelled all future orders by email. No answer after repeated emails - two months later received $20 refund BUT order was refilled for $40 - Neubrain refused to give refund for a refill I DID NOT ORDER. RipOFF AI BS company. Do not do business with Neubrain - corrupt fake company.

First let me be clear, I have not used any of the coffee offered. The review is still important because of the integrity of the company is being questioned. I went to a couple of review sites and what I am wanting to use is a complex mushroom coffee with specific Lions Mane and etc content. NeuBrain promised this goal is met. I was going to order and they offered a reduction in the initial offering and then a subscribe and save amount. The subsequent order is the item in question. The offer was lifetime discount for $20 .. then when going thru the screens, the price for the subsequent order is $39. Appears they put it in a lots of other content to obscured that info, but since it is clearly stated there, when I click next - I have agreed to the $39. I hate bait and switch, so I actually was reading the agreement. So I stopped, contacted them to see if they could honor the pricing on the offer sheet. Multiple days later, I got a response that didn't address the two numbers, but just stating the promotional offer was only on first order. Since they didn't address my real statement, I chose to walk away. If they can't honor advertising pricing, answer the question that is asked, and to give canned unrelated responses- I can't do business with a company with no integrity

While the product tastes good and I feel like i got benefits from it, my poor experience is solely due to their absolutely horrendous customer service. They promise free gifts for loyalty and then do not deliver on the gifts. When you then reach out to ask about the gifts they apologize and promise to send them. Those are empty promises. The gifts don't come. I reached out several times and each time was placated. They even tried to charge me for the free gift! When finally a package arrives with any gift it is not all the accumulated gifts only half. The final communication from me about this was ignored. I finally told them to cancel my subscription and disputed the charges since they did not send all the items on the invoice. Then a month later they charged me for another order without my permission and sent again the same things still incomplete. I emailed again, still no reply and disputed the charge, This time they lied and said I ordered it despite the proof I have saying to cancel me. Do not buy from them. They bait and switch you. I was not impressed with this company product or it's customer support. I did not experience any of the advertised effects, no change at all. I used it for 2 weeks, I wrote the company an email about my displeasure and how to apply for the 30 day refund, I was just advised to finish the bag out and see if gets better. At the end of the bag still no change, but after one month of asking for my refund I have gotten nowhere...
