Ordered the $29 and received a package full of … well… nothing ! This is a scam please stay away

Placed an order for $29.00, they added another order of creamer for $29.00. Can not find a way to contact them, number is no good!

Got a Cuppa solicitation on Facebook regarding a big sale. I went all-in and ordered almost $100.00 of product. Never received it. Bogus tracking number for shipment. Emailed Cuppa and complained. They claimed to reship product the day of complaint. Got another bogus tracking number, goods never arrived. Cuppa had my money for almost a month before finally refunding me. What a BS scam! Do not buy from Cuppa.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription since January 2026. I would receive a confirmation that it was cancelled and they continued to send and bill my c/c. I was billed again in March 2026. I requested cancellation again and received email of confirmation…here we are again! They’ve charged it again! Then they refused to refund, just followed up with another cancellation email to confirm that it was cancelled! How frustrating. My last emails in March stated for them to not charge my card again. At this point, are they just stealing?

I was looking for consumer reviews on FB and noticed how the number count of comments shown by FB don’t add up to the actual comments I can read on the Better Cuppa FB page. I also noticed that all the reviews I could see were only stellar reviews. I posted a question regarding what I was noticing and asked if they filtered their reviews, and they replied to my personal messenger, rather than to my question posted on their page and was told they don’t filter their reviews, that every opinion counts, but then my post on their FB page questioning this, was filtered out. So that pretty much proved to me the only posts they allow on their page is what they choose you to see, which is only the good reviews, and none of those from unsatisfied buyers. A company who practices this way comes off as deceptive to me, and not one I want to continue doing business with. Buyer beware!

Deceptive advertising, 30 tablespoon servings in a 126gr package???!!! You only get about 15 based on the 30 serving package size

I decided to try 'cuppa' healthy coffee. It is so bad, I had to throw it away. I enjoy tasting new coffees and trying to find the best tasting coffee. Cuppa's coffee is the worst tasting coffee I have tried. This is a mushroom coffee. The coffee part of this drink is very bitter tasting coffee, it is not good coffee. The mushroom part of the coffee muddles the flavor, as well. I do not recommend this coffee.
