NETWORK CAPITAL and Refinancing My Home
I have just finished refinancing my home with Network Capital. From beginning to end I never left the comfort of my own home. I must admit I was a bit nervous with all the cybercrime one hears about. However, my contact lender, Eddie Claus was transparent about how their business worked, along with providing links and information so that I could check it out myself. Perfect, and although there were a few snags on my end, he could always reassure me. You see I am a 73 year old woman and this was my first time to handle something like this on my own. I owe Eddie, Kelly (closer), and Network Capital for a very positive experience.They were all AWESOME and I will recommend them, without reservation, to any of my family or friends that are looking for a real estate lender. Dylan and Alexa were magical
Dylan and Alexa were magical. We had a few challenges ….620 credit score and a missed mortgage payment but they worked hard to get us funded. They quickly responded to every call and text and answered all of our questions multiple times.Our refinance was funded in under 3 weeks!

"Why Make It Easy"
"Why Make It Easy". For some time now, this has been my favorite cretic phrase. My most recent experience with Capital Funding has made a major difference. Vicki Kempton and William Loyd and their team has reminded me that there are still people that could and are capable of really making it easy. Now understand this, making it easy is not an easy thing to accomplish. It's like Common sense is not a common thing. First you need to be extremely knowledgeable in your field of work, 2nd. you "MUST" be a people person, and have the experience to know how to relate to all of the many different types of people and their diverse attitudes. Now, Believe me when I say, I am not the easiest person to deal with, But Vicki's got everything and more of what is required and what it took to work with me and made it "Easy" through out my pre and final qualification and every follow up procedure. I would not hesitate for a micro second to recommend her and her team.

Great Experience Network Capitol
I can't say enough about my experience with Paul and Alexa. First of all I was dealing with another mortgage company that totally blew me off after some delays brought on by my X. This left me feeling discouraged. Also my credit is not the greatest. Well I talked to Paul and he said ok we can do a loan but will have to be a little more then what your asking. I was like really it all just seemed to good to be true and everything moved so fast like less then a month and I have my mortgage. Alexa helped with all the closing and all the documents and the final parts of the process. Let me tell you when I say I still can't believe it was true. Paul Madrazo and Alexa Love always were there and returned my calls and emails. The closing was so easy the notary came right to my house (she was great also) if you need a mortgage I highly recommend them.

First time home-buyer here! I've been warned about the arduous and frustrating process that it takes in order to secure a home loan, ESPECIALLY when dealing with the wrong lenders. It Was Easy
