Working with Loren Mascarenas Is an Absolute Must
during my refinance process, working with Loren Mascarenas absolutely amazing. He accommodated my crazy work and travel schedule, made everything easy to understand, assist me with the paperwork for my loan package, and it was always there to answer questions either by mail phone or text. Run Around
So i was talking to Rocket Morage to refinance a loan then Network Capital called and said they could make me a better offer which they did, then they had my placed appraised and their guy appraised my place at 1/2 the value that Rocket appraised for and screwed me out of a loan!!! Then i had to go back to Rocket and got a deal done, So get ready for some BS. Nice people tho LOL!!! Total waste of time.

Network Capital saved us!
Where do I begin? The process was great from a hard start(my current mortgage provider was too busy to help us) to a tear-filled joyful finish! Mason was exceptionally great in starting our application and checking every box then Devon came in with his piece of this journey, helping us along each hurdle. We couldn’t be more pleased with the great communication and diligence.
What does this company do well? They don’t forget that the mortgage belongs to a human being, that things happen and that they take great care to listen and find a solution. We couldn’t be more pleased and personally, it has saved me from so much financial stress on top of coming off a very stressful health journey.

Steven and Armon were both personable and knowledgeable
Loan approval was quick and easy as was the online document signing. I had a bit of anxiety regarding submitting the payoff since neither of them understood VA law regarding notaries. They’re not allowed to handle funds. In the end I drove the 40 miles to the fully staffed FedEx location

My husband and I have been with Network Capital for 10 years and based on our experience we wouldn't think of changing. This time we worked with Dante Carbajal and Kelly Strickland. They wowed us with their sincerity, thoroughness, knowledge, and professionalism!! When I first spoke with Dante I'll have to admit I was rather curious whether he was related to the five time world boxing champion Michael Carbajal. Nope, not related but I learned he is a champion in his own right!! It is very important to my husband and I that we be kept informed of the refinancing. Dante did a superb job. He kept us incredibly apprised of every aspect of our refinancing. Not one time did we wonder what was going on. Our experience with Dante was excellent--he is definitely a keeper. Kelly is right up there with Dante--she helped us with every process right up to closing. When I could not find a needed document, Kelly was able to get it through the contractor in sufficient time for us to make the closing date. I really enjoyed working with Kelly!! It is people like Dante and Kelly that make Network Capital an exceptional company to work with.
