As first-time buyers, the whole mortgage process seemed overwhelming at first, but Anna made everything straightforward and stress-free from start to finish. She was always professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient with all of our questions.

Ania Cooper is always available, even during late evenings, and goes above and beyond to support her clients. She genuinely cares and doesn’t rest until she finds the best possible solution.
She is very transparent about all fees and costs involved, making sure everything is clearly explained from the beginning. She also secured a mortgage offer for us, which gave us great peace of mind and made us feel much more at ease throughout the process.

Super friendly, patient, and somehow managed to make mortgages feel less scary (which I didn’t think was possible). Everything was explained clearly, no question felt silly, and the whole process was way less stressful than expected. Would 100% recommend.
