very prompt service from when I asked for an engineer to come out to me and the time they arrived was just over 2 hrs from start to finish

Very great experience today with Nelson’s technician Clive, sorted out our sports club bar - glass washing machine, made every effort to ensure everything was sorted and understood as to what was fitted and such would definitely recommend nelson’s for other companies and local businesses!!

Engineer Call Out
Called at 11.15 this morning for an Engineer to attend our premises to repair the glasswasher. Spoke with an extremely helpful and lovely lady and she booked our call out. Engineer arrived and fixed the machine 2 hours later.
Would highly recommend Nelson as the company to use for purchase/repairs of Dish/Glass washing machines.

A quick response to our call was very much appreciated. We have a very busy village hall and the dishwasher, for us, is worth it's weight in gold. Dan was concerned to follow the progress of our repair, giving support when needed.
I cannot say enough about the engineer Mark. His patience and determination to track down the source of the problem is to be highly praised. A very personable young man.
