very prompt service from when I asked for an engineer to come out to me and the time they arrived was just over 2 hrs from start to finish

Been using Nelson for a few years now also had other machines but they didn't come close to the Nelson machine's quality or wash finishes, excellent customer service and excellent engineer who fitted it this time.

Ordering was superb delivery & Tracking was awful!
Ordering was superb swift and efficient, however, once the order was placed things went wrong.
Emails were received with a link to track the deliver of our order but we are expected to download "The Shop App" onto my phone to track delivery the app is shocking and told me all orders were delivered which was not the case. You cannot see the tracking when you need too, so I had to ring Nelsons to find out what was going on. They stated they would call me back they never did, so 2 days later I phone them again FairPlay they apologised for not returning the call but order was placed 14th November 2025 and the delivery of my order arrived 25th November 2025.
The delivery aspects are shocking in this case and having to download an app to track delivery is seriously unacceptable when most delivery companies have tracking without the need to the shop app which is awful to use and I would highly recommend To Nelsons to remove it from their systems as it is terrible.
