Online forms took some time to complete but straightforward. Could be an issue for less IT knowledgeable clients.

A Great Company, Reasonably Priced & Efficient.
The company were efficient in going through our selling & buying of property. Most of the time we were able to do all our dealings with the company on line. Any questions were answered promptly. The only thing is these days everything is done online. Which is fine but you miss the human personal contact. The staff we delt with were very efficient & friendly. It's just that all the youngsters are more tech savvy than me in my +60's I found some parts more stressful trying to be sure we didn't get it wrong. Which the took longer to do.
Overall Nelson Matt is a very competitive company to use. We had Esther Alawode & she was very helpful in all aspects of our journey through buying & selling of our properties. Many Thanks Esther.

I have a difficulty with with…all this electronic gadgets
I have a difficulty with with everything been sent by text as I don’t understand all this information been sent by that way, I have a phobia with all this computer I’m 85 its useless sending me messages etc , I’m old fashion I want paper work where I can read it correctly, But Judith Law was great and dealt with my sons regarding the sale of my bungalow.

We have just completed a house sale…
We have just completed a house sale which despite difficulties caused by a purchaser pulling out days before contract exchange was handled well by Emma, one of the solicitors. Despite the total elapsed period of fourteen months, Emma stayed on top of the sale and was ready in an instant to provide information and advice. Her attitude and personality were first class and she must have been sighing with relief having managed to get a same day contract exchange and completion just yesterday.
