Приехали в Турцию в первые, для первого своего отдыха выбрали Аланию, отель Ananas. Хочу от всего сердца поблагодарить нашего отельного гида, Рамиля, за безупречную работу и потрясающую поддержку на протяжении всего отдыха! С первой минуты общения стало ясно, что мы в надёжных руках. Рамиль встретил нас сразу после заселения в отель и подробно рассказала обо всех возможностях курорта: где лучшие пляжи, какие рестораны стоит посетить, как работает анимация для детей. Его знания местности и инфраструктуры отеля оказались поистине энциклопедическими.
Рамиль внимательно выслушал наши пожелания и предложил несколько вариантов экскурсий, идеально подходящих под наши интересы и график. Мы хотели совместить пляжный отдых с познавательными маршрутами — и он подобрал именно то, что нужно.
На все вопросы Рамиль отвечал моментально, будь то запрос про трансфер, уточнение расписания экскурсий или рекомендация хорошего кафе поблизости. Он был на связи в течение всего отпуска.
Общение с Рамилем всегда поднимало настроение. Его улыбка, искренняя заинтересованность в том, чтобы наш отдых прошёл идеально, и тёплое отношение сделали пребывание в отеле ещё более приятным.
Отдельно хочу поблагодарить за рекомендацию экскурсии по сафари — это стало настоящим открытием и главным впечатлением отпуска. Маршрут был продуман до мелочей: удобные остановки, живописные виды и достаточно времени для фотографий и отдыха.
Благодаря Рамилю наш отпуск получился не просто расслабленным, но и насыщенным, познавательным и абсолютно беззаботным. Он не просто гид — он настоящий ангел‑хранитель для туристов, который делает отдых по-настоящему волшебным.

Fantastic. Have always booked through large holiday providers previously. Issues with the large companies were never dealt with, questions never answered and made to feel silly. Though not with Neckermann, the team blew them out of the water with better prices, customer service and communication.

A lovely personal touch. Was slightly nervous as hadn’t heard of this brand in the UK. Safe to say my worries were lifted. Neckermann (under TravelVogue and Anex Tour) are both ABTA and ATOL protected company, unlike plenty of online agents you see which more often than not aren’t ABTA protected!

Daisy was lovely to chat to and really easy get in touch with, she was proactive. Noticed they also have a price match guarantee, we didn’t have to utilise this as the price was the best on the market already!

I booked and got my booking confirmation right away and then hotel vouchers and official confirmation within the hour.

Having recently returned from a holiday to Turkey, I have to say Neckerman/Vougue Travel were excellent.
We had booked a hotel which, for various reasons did not match our expectations. After ongoing communication, with customer service rep Tracy Cudmore (who was excellent) and after providing them with evidence they moved us. We were absolutely delighted with our new hotel.

The hotel was appalling. I complained whilst there and got absolutely no resolution and then contacted Neckermann who didn't help! They didn't help me get any compensation or recoup any of the additional costs I incurred. Very disappointing and I would certainly not recommend using the company. They just take your money and dont offer any help or support!

Great customer service. I accidentally booked holiday twice but when I contacted customer service by email they contacted me and quickly sorted it out. I would definitely use them again and recommend them

Details of our trip including airport transfers were clearly communicated and everything happened on time and as expected. Competitive pricing.

Det här är ett av de absolut sämsta flygbolagen jag någonsin haft att göra med. Servicen var extremt dålig och de tar inget som helst ansvar för sina misstag. Vid incheckningen på Arlanda fick vi beskedet att det inte fanns några biljetter bokade, trots att vi hade bokningsbekräftelse. Personalen från Nordic Neckermann ljög oss rakt i ansiktet utan någon skam eller heder. Efteråt fick vi höra att vi registrerats som “no show”, trots att vi bevisligen var på plats och även kan visa taxikvitto. Fullständigt oacceptabelt och ett företag jag aldrig rekommenderar någon att resa med.
