First time we went into hedge end store Southampton we were welcomed by a member of staff named bubba he was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us nothing was to much trouble he was very friendly and even offered us coffee would recommend nc tiles

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologise for the delay in your order arriving.
I’ve looked into your order history to see where we tripped up. Your order from February 28th was processed as soon as we opened on March 2nd. Unfortunately, a manual entry error occurred on our end: the instruction should have been for delivery by the 9th, but it was keyed in for the 9th.
While we dispatched the goods on the 6th to meet that window, the carrier unfortunately experienced a delay on Monday. We can see that the package was finally delivered today, March 10th, at 12:56 PM.
From this error, we will review our internal booking process to prevent it from happening again. Again, we apologise for the delay in your order arriving.

Great Little Green Paint offered and delivered for a very good price.
But following payment acknowledgement - I had no delivery info and had to chase a week later.
Delivered direct from Little Green which is fine, but communication should have been provided nevertheless - not used as an excuse...

Was sent a sample tile which matched mine only needed a small batch to replace some broken ones they must have split a box and sent what I needed promptly and we'll packaged couldn't fault them

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am truly sorry that your recent experience with N&C fell short of the high standards we strive to maintain.
We have recently faced significant supply issues with Graham & Brown paints. Unfortunately, a lack of stock at the manufacturer level—combined with delayed communication from their side—meant we couldn't provide you with the timely updates you deserved. To prevent this from affecting more customers, we have made the decision to remove all Graham & Brown paints from our website until we are confident in their supply chain.
Regarding your refund: I can confirm this has now been processed. Our internal policy requires confirmation of a cancellation from the supplier before we can release funds, and I apologise that the delay from G&B extended this wait time for you.
We value your business and hope to have the chance to provide you with a much smoother experience in the future.

Bad returns policy
The tiles themselves are lovely. However the customer service and returns policy are dreadful. If you want to return something you are abandoned to your own devices, having to find a courier and discovering they all charge more than what we’d paid for the tiles themselves. Also the couriers who delivered both times were uncourteous and expected us to carry the tiles in from the street. This company needs to get their act together. There are plenty out there who are doing a much better job.

Needed tiles for our new bathroom
Needed tiles for our new bathroom and was lost with the amazing choice on hand. Ayub offered us much appreciated help and guidance. We ordered extra to ensure we had enough on hand and Ayub ensured we were refunded for the excess complete boxes despite not having our sales ticket. We couldn’t ask for better service. Very happy with our purchase. Thank you
