Absolutely delighted with the service from Hugh in Paisley when buying our new sofa! He was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble and he really took the time to help us find the perfect sofa. Fab customer service and a real credit to the company — thank you so much, Hugh!

First time in store today, served by Chelsea in your Paisley branch. She was amazing from start to finish, very welcoming and knowledgeable on the product. More than happy to help even with us moving between couple of sofas. Would definitely come to the store again and would recommend Chelsea to family and friends.

All other staff who were around also appeared welcoming and more than happy to help other customers.

Would highly recommend a sofa from NCF!

William in Paisley was very helpful and made what could have been a chore into a delight. I bought my kitchen table and chairs with William's help in February and was delighted to have his help when buying my living room chairs yesterday. A very pleasant lad and a great salesman. Thanks again

William.was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and literally picked out our perfect sofa within minutes of us saying what we liked and didn't. Made a sale very easy and was lovely with our 2 lively children. A credit to the store and company.

We bought our couch today for our first home from William he was extremely helpful.

Just the same as every other sofa company, they promise a delivery date then once they have your money all the excuses start. Mine was due on 20th May, then was told start of June, now receive a text saying it will be late June. So the delivery time has more than doubled from the original 4 weeks promised to 8/9 weeks or longer. Disgraceful to be honest. Looking forward to the next update with an even later delivery date! Wish I’d gone somewhere else. Only bought it as the delivery time had been reasonable and I needed it by end of May but that reason has disappeared so what’s the point. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I would also add that most reviews for NCF are from customers reviewing their in-store experience, not the actual product / delivery / after sales etc. Customers are encouraged to leave a review as soon as they have made their purchase in store, but clearly you can’t properly review a company until you have received the product and seen what the after sales service etc is like. Their customer service emails are fairly cold and don’t give the impression of caring much or wanting to help.
