I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, as I can now see many other customers appear to have had bad experiences :(

I ordered a bed after explaining that I urgently needed it. I was assured by the sales advisor that delivery would be within 7 days, or possibly sooner, which was a key reason I chose this company.

My order confirmation stated delivery was expected around mid to the end of July, or sooner. This timeframe passed with no communication from the company. I only found out there was a delay after contacting customer services myself.

When I complained, I was told I should have read the Terms and Conditions before signing. While customers should read terms, companies should also follow their own. Their terms state: "If the circumstances of your order change, we will contact you." This did not happen.

When I requested cancellation, I was then told I would have to pay a 25% cancellation fee (£256.75). The company focused on delivery dates being "approximate" but ignored the lack of communication and the assurances given when I placed the order.

A company cannot expect customers to follow the terms while failing to follow their own. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company.
