A truly awful company to deal with.

A truly awful company to deal with.
Ordered a bed base, mattress and headboard end of January, 3 months later and still waiting for the headboard.
From the first contact we've been fobbed off, misled and at times lied to.
Emails have been ignored, even when I lodged a formal complaint.
They never call back when they say they will, you have to chase them all the time.
"Customer service" is them blocking every request for a refund, even mis quoting the consumer act 2015 to ensure they keep your money and blaming everything on things outside of their control.
Even today was promised a call back, never happened.
I've never experienced service so bad, wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Customer service is appalling

We ordered two sofas on 28/3/26, we did state before we bought them, that we weren’t ready for them, “not a problem, pay a deposit today, once you are ready for delivery, ring the number or email and we will get them delivered to you” this is what the guy in the store told us, so we paid a deposit and left, on 6th & 7th April, I tried ringing the number on top of the invoice, I rang about 8 times over those two days, no answer! So I emailed, stating I wanted to pay my balance and could someone phone me so i can do this…no reply! On 10th April, I ended up going back into the store to pay my balance, I also let them know I’m happy for delivery to be made after 20th April, I was told someone will be in touch very soon to arrange delivery, I emailed again on 18th April to say we were ready for delivery after 20th April, I finally got a reply…stating my request will be passed on to transport… still heard NOTHING! I used an app (weQ4U) to ring the number again, both times was on hold for over 40 mins, then they pick the phone up and put it straight down! So today I’m going back to the store to get a refund, il go elsewhere, the customer service is here is shocking, so, if I was you, I would not use NCF living

Al I want is a delivery date, it has taken me, to write a review on here, for you to respond stating someone has tried contacting me today about delivery, why have they not contacted me when I’ve emailed, or why have they not answered the phone when I’ve rang? I was told in store to ring the number on the paperwork or email them, I shouldn’t have to contact anyone through Facebook or instagram! My husband sent an email today asking them to contact him…no reply, I sent an email stating if I do not get a delivery date by Wednesday, I will be going in store to cancel and get a refund! We also paid extra for stain guard, but no one answers emails or phone calls so that’s a waste of money and time isn’t it!
