AVOID NCF LIVING AT ALL COSTS – ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE!
I ordered a corner sofa from NCF Living on 10th May 2026, and 24 weeks later, I STILL DON'T HAVE MY SOFA! The level of incompetence, lack of communication and sheer disregard for customers is absolutely shocking.
Throughout this entire ordeal, there has been virtually ZERO communication from NCF Living. No updates, no courtesy calls, no emails to keep me informed. I have had to chase them constantly myself just to get the smallest amount of information about an order I have already paid for.
I was told on FOUR SEPARATE OCCASIONS that my sofa was coming into the country. Four times! And every single time, nothing arrived.
Then, when I was finally told the sofa had arrived, unbelievably, THEY MANAGED TO LOSE IT THE VERY NEXT DAY! How on earth does a company manage to lose a customer's sofa after months of waiting?
Eventually, I was given a delivery date of 26th October 2026. After waiting nearly SIX MONTHS, you would think the nightmare would finally be over. But no! The courier turned up with HALF OF MY CORNER SOFA! Not the complete sofa I ordered. HALF!
Naturally, I immediately tried to contact NCF Living to get this sorted. I spent TWO HOURS trying to get through on the phone, with absolutely no answer. Two hours of my time wasted trying to contact a company that seems perfectly happy to take your order but completely incapable of providing even the most basic customer service.
This entire experience has been an absolute joke from start to finish. The repeated false expectations, the missing sofa, the incomplete delivery and the complete lack of communication are beyond frustrating. A customer should not have to spend months chasing a company for an order, be given repeated assurances that turn out to be worthless, and then receive only half of what they paid for.
NCF Living, you should be absolutely ashamed of this level of service. Customers work hard for their money and deserve far better than this. Six months of waiting, endless chasing and absolutely nothing but stress and disappointment.
If you are considering buying from NCF Living, my advice is simple: SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. An absolute shambles from beginning to end.

Best service recieve being first time looking in for sofas and luckily we have found the perfect one to fit in our home

We visited the store in Edinburgh looking for a sofa for my elderly mother.
We chose the one she wanted at our leisure without any pressure from the staff.
Chad was very friendly, helpful and caring towards my mother. Not rushing her with any paperwork and made the whole experience very pleasant.
My husband and I also ended up.purchasing a dining table and chairs.
Would definitely recommend this store. Excellent service

Very Disappointing Experience with NCF Living .

My experience with NCF Living has been extremely disappointing. I waited over a month and a half for my furniture, despite being promised delivery within 10 days. I had to make repeated phone calls, send emails, and visit the store three times just to get updates. Communication was very poor, and I kept receiving promises of updates without any proper resolution.
When the furniture was finally delivered, the problems continued. The recliner sofa was not working properly.
After such a long wait, I expected my furniture to arrive complete and in working condition. Instead, I am left chasing the company again to resolve these issues. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and disappointment, especially when furnishing a new home.
The service after purchase has been unacceptable. I hope NCF Living takes responsibility and resolves these problems urgently. Based on my experience, I would think twice before recommending this company.
