Payment was straight forward, shipping and package was good absolutely no worries with delivery, contact with phone and emails were very prompt, the product is absolutely fantastic im very happy with the casting stone process although my skills with the dental impressions need improvement the gypsum stone is amazingly accurate and very strong, many thanks Navafresh NZ,

We paid for a product (100 pills for a dog) that when arrived was 6 pills which works at at $11 each which was not what was sold to us in the pictures on the website (picture and six pills in it attached).
After months of requesting a refund, they sent other peoples private account details to us and we had to then keep pestering them.
Liars and unprofessional and still haven't got our money back.

In response to your reply, we have been liaising for the last five months. There are so many emails and Navafresh have in all of those correspondence refused a refund and disputed the product issue. In the last five months you have not updated your listing to reflect the quantity of pills. We await a refund but after five months of fighting for one we are not hopeful.

Confusing delay? The mysterious details about country of origin (India) versus shipping (extra long trip because the package was sent from India to UK then onto NZ - all resolved after a few weeks.

The Basil seeds are good though shipping was slow, I didn’t realise they were not stocked locally. Also the plastic container was a little crushed but the contents not damaged. I am enjoying the product.

Ordered this Ceylon cinnamon, thought on purchasing it was a NZ website but after payment it was clear it was coming from overseas. Tracking information kept uptodate. Took a while to arrive but when it did it was great. Slightly coarser Ceylon cinnamon but very aromatic, lovely product. Appears to have been sourced from India. Thank you

I have previously ordered the product from a different company, but it appears they don't sell it in quantity anymore. I ordered from Navafresh this time and will again as the price was very good, the product came well packaged and on time.

Everything is good

I ordered a NYTRYD neck and shoulder wrap weighted microwaveable hot and cold compress for a Christmas present. The beads melted through which obviously made it unusable as well as dangerous. I contacted navafresh to let them know as well as sent a photo but they took no responsibility and advised me to contact the company they on sold it from. However they would not even give me the address I could contact them on. I would definitely not recommend buying anything from this company. Very disappointing.
