Tried and true

Easy to see the website. Easy to use and order. Product is excellent. Felt very comfortable that I was getting what was advertised on the website. Have recommended this product to my friends as we are nurses and all do shift work.

I thought I was buying from a NZ…

I thought I was buying from a NZ company otherwise I might not have purchased this. It was difficult to access and know what was happening with the tracking. I had no idea if it would ever turn up after spending so much money. So I was pleasantly surprised and pleased when it did.

Delivery was much longer than I had hoped. A month from ordering. An NZ address but came from overseas. Also pictures made me think I was getting more pods than ordered - but I should have been more diligent. I got 10 thought it was 40 but on further investigation it did say 10.

ordered a product 2 months ago and was told it was undelivered!!!!!
asked for a refund and nobody replied, the NZ 800 phone number is apparent a fake number and the whole Navafresh NZ website is a SCAM!!!!!

Prices are extortionate - AVOID or at least check prices

Update: Not, exactly, you wouldn't find an order because I didn't place one because of the absolute scam your site is. Also, I've reported you and the numerous other dodgy businesses that you've made websites for the netsafe so look forward to being investigated.

POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE - THE PEOPLE DO NOT EXIST, SITE IS A SCAM.

Prices are extortionate - they are selling a single pack of ramen available at all NZ supermarkets for $3, for over $80 on their site, what's more they are suggesting it is a special - how are they getting away with this?! Any positive reviews can't be for real.
The vegan ramen they are selling both one single packet for $80 and then a pack of t allegedly on sale for over $87 i buy from a website called fromk.co.nz for $12.62, ramen crate which is expensive is selling the 5 pack for $36.99 but over $85 on special??? Wow. No thanks. Avoid this place and google anything before you buy from here to price check.

You fixed an issue without delay or hesitation.

It was a surprise when what we thought was a local order for a product happened to arrive from overseas and MAF/customs gave us options of paying a huge sum for treating it before releasing the product or destroying it.

But you were prompt to appreciate the situation, refund the money and genuinely apologise. We sincerely appreciate that and we will be pleased to continue to be your customer. We can certainly recommend you to our friends.

Great dealer. Could have been clearer on order that if not in stock it has to imported ! Adding huge delivery time.

Poor service

Poor service.
They have twice sent my product to the wrong address and wrong country. The wait time is ameant to be 2 weeks but is often over 3 weeks.
Their contact numbers don't work.
Unfortunately they have a product I need which doesn't help.

Selling stock not available

Selling stock not available, 10 days from order date to confirmation of shipment and tracking link sent, which is quite slow and would have been avoided if this unavailable item had been marked as such on the website. I have been advised will be another 7-14 days to ship so at this stage I can’t comment on the quality of the products.
