I contacted Camilla Label via email to request a full refund for an item I purchased. After receiving no response, I had to send a follow-up email. The company then responded by offering to send a replacement dress if I agreed to cover the shipping costs.
I clearly stated that I did not want a replacement item and instead wished to return the original purchase for a full refund. Despite this, the company again offered to send another item, disregarding my request for a refund for a third time.
Throughout this process, Camilla Label made it unnecessarily difficult to return the item and appeared to avoid providing a full refund. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the company to others and do not intend to make future purchases from them.

They had a responsive team and executed very nice designs as shown in the images. The service they provided was really quick and went beyond my expectations. Definitely, they deserve five stars!

Paid nearly $300nzd for a shearling jacket. Quality is absolutely appalling and obviously comes straight from China. Fluff falling out of it minute I took it out the bag. Don't buy anything from this site. Its rubbish and not worth the price you pay.

Paid $140 AUS DOLLARS for the most atrocious dress I could have received. It was a piece of cloth that was completely see through. Did not look anything like the picture. Website stated it was from Melbourne Australia and arrived 3 weeks later from China. NO RESPONSE OR COMMUNICATION.

Terrible quality, dress came in a plastic package with no label, no tag and no care instructions on the dress. Extremely disappointed having spent $120 AUD, this dress is such poor quality it is not wearable.
