Very helpful and accommodating branch
Very helpful and accommodating branch. The car was booked in on Thursday. The first replacement windscreen turned out to be defective. They said they would phone round to get a replacement but not from the same manufacturer in case the whole batch was faulty. They also said they wouldn’t get one overnight so I planned for the following week. Early Friday morning they phoned me to say they had received a new windscreen overnight direct from Pilkingtons. It was fitted that lunch time. Perfect.

The technicians made a tricky task look easy
The technicians that did the job obviously new exactly what to do. Having been an assessor of practical tasks and tool use it was quite clear the task was done with confidence and a relaxed, confident familiarity that comes with practise.

Phone Staff were pleasant and helpful, appointment was made within a few days of enquiry. The young man who did the repair was very polite and friendly and did a great job . The whole process was done through insurance and was straightforward and fuss free.
