The time of my appointment had been changed without me knowing (not so good!), but the fitter - who had nothing to do with the time change - went above and beyond to complete the job. He saw my stress and really helped me out.
It was very much appreciated.

When booking the initial appointment two weeks prior, I was assured that the windscreen was in stock and the booking was confirmed. However, on the day of the appointment, it was cancelled due to the windscreen not having arrived.
A second appointment was arranged two weeks later. I was asked to drop the car off by 10am, with an estimated completion time of four hours. When I returned at 2pm, expecting the work to be nearly finished, I discovered they had only just begun removing the old windscreen — a process that would take a further two to three hours. The job was completed until 4:30pm, meaning I waited a total of six and a half hours.

Repair is good, location is tricky, waiting times of 4 hours minimum is a bit much

From the start I was kept fully informed of when my repair would be carried out. Where the facility was and how to get there. Not easy but good instructions given. We arrived early but were give a space and told about the procedure and how long it would take (4 hours or more! but this was expected because of the sensors in the screen) I was kept up to date with progress and collection was easy. I was told not to pressure wash for a couple of days (which I didn't). The cost of the carpark was covered and all seems to be fine with the screen weeks later!

From the start, they were informed that the car needed towing to the garage. They booked white city knowing its in a car park and a tow truck can jor enter.
Only for my car to then be put in storage till they find a garage.
My car was the towed to a site in Watford.
I was then told it will not be ready on friday as they are waiting for parts. I should get it on saturday.
On saturday i get a text saying it will not be ready till monday..
So from expecting to have my car from Thursday now to wait till Monday was not good with out anyone contacting me.
Each time i call, no one seems to know anything.
I had several famikt events that weekend to get to which just became an inconvience.
When i finally got my car back on Monday afternoon, to only get a call from my insurance company explaining they had spoken to someone in your company that promised that i will get my xar back that afteroon.
I then explained to my insurer, that i all ready had the car.
This again shows the communication is very poor.

VERY EFFECIANT, KEPT UP TO DATE

Work was alright, but I have booked online for windscreen and wiper blades replacement, they haven’t done the wiper blades and didn’t rerun the money back. When asked they said customer service will contact me and will rerun the money and will send the receipt online. Both didn’t happen yet!

I've never been to the Shepherds Bush branch before but I was super impressed when Mohammed called my number just when I was struggling to navigate through the confusing parking signage in the complex. He kept ringing me at the right times to ensure my safety, my eta, my understanding of the route - he really is customer focused and I was really really grateful for his expertise in directing me to the NW base. I couldn't have asked for a better agent, so helpful, so patient and so much looking out for my best interests from arrival to my surroundings (where to head while waiting), to my departure. I had an appointment in March at your Shepherds Buch branch to replace the windscreen, as part of an Aviva insurance claim following damage by a pebble on the road. I arrived early on the day and had to wait 6 1/2 hours for your technicians to carry out the work.

Your technicians replaced the windscreen, but they did NOT do this properly. This is immensely frustrating, as I have a lot on.

Firstly, the rear view mirror was not fixed properly, it is hanging loose, moving and vibrating when on the road. This is very dangerous. Due to the amount of movement and vibration, I can’t look in the rearview mirror on the motorway, as it makes me feel sick to look at it.

Secondly, we are receiving numerous error messages on the car dashboard stating that both the automatic lights / windscreen wiper don’t work. Having read about this online, this seems to happen when the rearview mirror has not been properly attached.

Your mobile technician came yesterday, but they couldn’t fix the problem. This simple windscreen replacement is becoming quote the fiasco!!

It turns out that, when your team at Westfield Shepherd’s Bush did the repair in March, the mirror was not attached or moulded to the window. Surely they must have known this when they did the work??

As a result, the technician yesterday said they can not fix it and I now need to return to Westfield Shepherd’s Bush for them to try again. Irritatingly, I have not yet heard anything from National Windscreens.

I don’t understand why we have these problems and why your technicians have done such a bad job. This was a pretty simple job for your company and I’m just baffled as to why this is such a mess.

This is an absolute mess, which is totally unfair, having paid you up front. This is totally unacceptable.
