Disappointing
Car went in for windscreen replacement and was damaged - hats off to the fitter who informed me of what happened and reassured me it would be rectified and at the cost of NW. I was told the branch manager would call - they haven't. 3 weeks later, and I have only been contacted once (the following day) regarding the repair but keep being chased for payment! I am now the one having to do the chasing. Quite frankly, this isn't good enough.
