Easy and quick.
Phoned up to say he was an hour away to make sure everything was ready for his arrival when he turned up said yes it's all good and got on with doing the windscreen after finishing then said don't drive van for a little while for everything to seal properly then said thank you and he went no mess or anything by van all clean and tidy.

Had the windscreen replaced at the Oswestry branch - great service from the gents there. Great communication, very helpful - all done in 2 hours while I popped to the local Starbucks for a coffee!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. The appointment was made within a few days of me making the claim. They answered my queries swiftly and accommodated my own working diary. Upon arrival it was clear that they were expecting me and ready to start the job. The fit was completed within the time frame given and I was given a courtesy call as they promised to let me know it was complete. The staff members were very friendly and easy to deal with. The whole experience was seamless.

A1 service. Highly recommend
Prompt response to arrange appointment via the insurance link. Would have been more convenient to have been given the time slot the evening before. However, they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Did a excellent job.
