Excellent repair - duff admin/IT . . .
The guy that did the job, brilliant - here about 20 minutes and the crack has disappeared . . .
IT/Admin less so - why can you not give an appointment other than "all day" ? . . . "you can track the guy", erm, when he showed up here, tracking showed he was in another town - tracking failed earlier, I called, got nowhere . . .

Did a pretty bad job
Did the job in under 10 mins. Left the resin to cure for about 3 mins without any UV lights. Did not polish the windscreen after it was done. Windscreen chip is still there and plus an additional drill hole which i can feel with my hands. Not sure what the job was for.

Brilliant Service from a good team
I dropped my vehicle off the day before the fitting, and the staff locked my car securely inside their workshop overnight for extra security. The work was carried out the next day, and when I collected my car I was informed of what I needed to do over the next few days to ensure my windscreen was ok. They said if there was any issues with it, I could go back at anytime and they would rectify the issue.

A Job Well Done
I travelled to the Luton branch of NW on 31/7/25. Having dropped my car off at around 8.30am, I was asked to come back at 13.00 to pick the vehicle up. This I did - what I found was that the windscreen had been replaced to my satisfaction. One of the technicians gave me a full report on what had been done. Everything was okay.
