Not happy with having my appointment…
Not happy with having my appointment changed twice due to errors by your booking team, when arrange a time on Saturday 31st was booked in for 2nd feb then 10 am, then an hour later got a call to say sorry error can’t do till Wednesday, so made arrangement for Wednesday 4 th Feb to then get a call this morning Monday 2nd Feb to say can’t do till Wednesday 11 th Feb, this is just not acceptable at all

A friendly team. Replaced and recalibrated as quickly as they could. Shared after care with me and reassured me all was ok. A waiting room with heating, toilet and free WiFi available and a welcome warm drink. Job well done. thank you everyone.

Can’t fault them
National Windscreens Kings Lynn went out of their way to make my experience as stress free as possible. They called me following an online booking which resulted in the appointment being changed so that a technician could come to my home, and I’d get back to work earlier than thought. Ronnie was fantastic, very polite and did the job within 30 minutes. The chips are still slightly visible due to rainfall & cold weather but this is no fault of National Windscreens who have repaired my windscreen so that those chips won’t turn into cracks. Thank you, Ronnie!

Turned up to appointment and was…
Turned up to appointment and was immediately approached and asked to leave my car in the garage parking lit as he was finishing off another customers car And said if I go to reception inside, my details could be taken. I was offered a room to sit in and wait whilst my windscreen was installed. I was comfortable as the receptionist even put heating on for me. Very comfortable. Time went quickly as I brought my paperwork to sort out whilst vehicle being sorted. Then called through and checked windscreen and signed to say it was all ok. Very pleased with work.
