Took 12 days from reporting my problem to having my rear screen replaced. Took far too long to source the screen. But once it was found it was replaced very quickly and efficiently and I was very happy with the result

Good communication from National windscreens and very accommodating when I needed to change the appointment.
Just a couple of niggles: not a very clear sign at the entrance to the company and I found a couple of bits of glass in the footwell after the windscreen had been replaced.

The service was shoddy I had glass repair twice because the first one was all scratched I would not use that company national windscreen again if I had a choice
It would help if conditions after product not damage when they're put it on the car it will help if the check the windscreen a lot more thorough
