Appointment was made easily and work carried out in less time than it was said (less than 1 hr 50 mins when I arrived back at the depot 10 mins earlier than the 2 hours estimated). Work appeared to be first class: no problems since (week ago).

Had these guys come to my home and was shocked and desperately saddened to see the bullying of the younger guy by his mentor. Foul language and disgusting behaviour on my property!

Replacement could have been delayed without personal visit being made.
Windscreen repaired well by nice people but -
website listed damage but but when clicking on "cracked" gave an appointment 4 days away for a repair when the damage was not repairable. Tried to phone but in a long queue to the call center so gave up on that - no local number - so had to journey to the workshop in order to have the damage inspected and a new screen ordered. If I hadn't, it would have taken over a week to get the work done!

My windscreen replacement was booked in promptly, the technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. The work was completed quickly and to a good standard.
