I would recommend this company to anyone that’s thinking about using their services. Scott was so helpful and made me feel assured that my back windscreen was going to be fixed and no issues since. Some junkie threw a bottle of echo falls at the back but I decided to go through insurance and national windscreens were approved and I wouldn’t go anywhere else too guys there 👌🏾

Pros New windscreen
Cons: I stay in falkirk and ok I work in Edinburgh but wasn’t really convient for where I work in Edinburgh also due to staying in falkirk it. It was easier to bring it when I was starting my shift but bad thing was I would never have managed to get away from work long enough to walk to pick the car up again so had to end up taking a days holiday of work so I had to arrange with family member to come with me to drop the car off so they could then take me somewhere else for 4 hours until the car was ready to be collected just felt a waste of a days holiday wish there was a they collect the car and return it to you even if it’s to your workplace if nearby

Customer service in Edinburgh are brilliant. The Edinburgh fitter was also very quick and friendly.
I thought there was a gap in the windscreen and have just found why it looked like a gap.
1) there's no gap
2) customer service explained it clearly to me.

Fast efficient service
Fast efficient service. The manager explained fully the service and timescales.
The technician explained what they had done, completed a test drive to calibrate the cameras and handed the car over with an explanation of what to do for the next couple of weeks to stop any damage to the windscreen and the sealant.

Excellent service. Easy to book and engineer arrived well within the time slot. Very professional and experienced. Car left immaculate with a nice new screen in just over an hour. The tracking app is great and a phone update to confirm he was on his way.
