My wife dropped the car off at our…
My wife dropped the car off at our local branch not knowing anything of the procedure the gentleman in the branch informed her of the time needed to complete the windscreen. We had a time line to work with which very beneficial.
The gents kept the branch open until we picked the car up which was after the closing time.

Quick service in repairing a chip in windscreen while I waited. Although not quite invisible it does not cause a distraction and stops any further damage.

Update-refund now received
I arranged and paid for replacement screen and new wipers. Screen provided and fitted. Wipers were missing a part, so I rejected them and requested a refund for these. The fitter stated the refund would happen in 2 to 4 days. He noted this, and this was annotated on the job sheet I received electronically. On Monday 25th (one week after the fitting) I telephoned and spoke to a National Windscreen employee to remind them of the refund due, they stated they would email the relevant person to ensure the refund. To date I have not received my money back, or been contacted to inform me why not. So National Windscreens get your house in order and refund me.
Update 03/09/25 refund gratefully received. It's unfortunate that a shaming review was required.
