The gentleman who came to replace the windscreen was incredibly friendly and helpful. Explained things very well and was just thorough with the replacement.

Windscreen wipers weren't right!!
The windscreen replacement itself was fine...but the simplest task (checking windscreen wipers) wasn't done - so they bashed the windscreen pillar meaning a van had to be called to come and sort (and getting through on the phone as you can't call the branch was an absolute nightmare!!!)

Your fitter was polite
Your fitter was polite, communicative & tidy! I was not able to be on-site, which didn’t phase Manni. I cannot fault his communication and follow up instructions. However, the booking is another story - all over the place - hence why I wasn’t on site. End of the day, job done well. Many thanks.

Windscreen replacement
Job was carried out in a timely manner and even though calibrations of the windscreen passed there was an error message still showing on dashboard but when pointed out they were willing to rectify immediately to my satisfaction.

Didn’t calibrate it when I collected…
Didn’t calibrate it when I collected the car so delayed a further 45 mins when they had it all morning.
Haven’t refunded me £35 for wiper blades which they didn’t have in stock.

Great service
Great service, very efficient and no faff! Was told my van would be there for up to 4 hours, the windscreen was replaced and my van was back with me in an hour and half! Very happy
