Courteous, and well managed
While National Windscreens had issues with a scratched newly delivered screen, and a 3rd party screen which would not electrically configure, they eventually sorted out the new screen, and at all times were courteous and good to deal with.

Great service all round
Great service all round. The online booking system was easy and the drop off/ pick up times were clear. I used the Hove centre and the staff were really polite and friendly. Communication was excellent and they kept us informed all the way through. Not a single problem.

Great service and quick too.
It was easy to arrange the appointment online.
I'd initially booked it to have my windscreen replaced at home. They called me to say that my car would need recalibrating so I'd have to have it replaced at a local garage (1/2hr drive).
When I got there the staff were polite and friendly.
I was expecting to have to wait up to 3hrs but after 1 and a half hours I got a call to say my car was ready for collection.
Great service, thankyou.
