I ordered from National Lighting a Black Pug lamp and was delivered fast and efficiently, however on receipt it was a faulty.
I emailed with my complaint and this was resolved with a replacement, which works and is fab!!!
Julia from National Lighting was brilliant, her customer service was amazing and I certainly would recommend the company. 😀

Lovely experience with Customer Service, really helpful and polite. It was my first time ordering with National Lighting and I had a question before I placed my order which the customer service team were able to help with and pointed me in the right direction. Their response was quick and efficient and meant I didn't have to wait around to place my order which is important for the project I'm currently working on. Looking forward to receiving my order, I was also told of the process, what to expect and that the order is due in just a couple of days which is ideal. Very happy so far.

I ordered a lamp over this the Bank Holiday weekend but due to internet issues ordered two lamps. Both lamps were delivered on Tuesday. I contacted the help desk and Sonia could not have been more helpful. She arranged for DPD to collect the lamp the next day and after sending a copy of the collection card arranged for an immediate refund. BTW the lamp is perfect and just what we were looking for. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Other companies could learn what great customer service is like National lighting. Thanks for a great experience.

Bought a lamp through Amazon and accidentally broke the shade whilst taking it out the box. Emailed National Lighting to ask if I could buy a replacement shade given it was fault, but they kindly replaced it for free. Thanks.

I ordered a PIR exterior light, the product was as described and easy to install but didn't work as it should. This is where National Lighting came into their own! I sent a brief message describing the problem and Sonia replied almost immediately to resolve the issue. Sonia communicated well and I had no worries over what to expect and when. I would have no hesitation at all in buying from National Lighting again. Thank You!

Outstanding service from start to finish. Excellent advice given during the enquiry stage resulting in me placing an order. The time frame from ordering to delivery was as if ordering from Amazon. Quality of the the light was as advertised with 2 options for the light cover. Installed and really happy with it.

This company gives truly excellent service. I ordered the wrong type of lights, entirely my mistake. I discovered my error a couple of weeks later, called and a return and refund was agreed without hesitation. The speed of delivery from National Lighting is exceptional. Have no doubts that this is place to go for lighting

I bought an outdoor light almost a year ago and it has recently failed. I got in touch with National Lighting and they replied very promptly, offering to send a replacement and providing me with a manual in case it was fixable. I asked for a replacement and it was sent out that day. Very impressed with customer service. Thank you.

I agree - exceptional customer service from this company which was very much appreciated.
E mails answered really promptly and very clear directions given about how to make a return (there was nothing wrong with the product - it just didn't look right in the room). Very prompt refund.

Wow! Amazing service! I ordered a decking kit from them in 2021, but one of the lamps failed this week. I emailed the help desk, and a new lamp was delivered free of charge within a few days! Now that is great service, which is few and far between these days. We are working on a new DIY project, and we will be buying the lighting from National Lighting without a doubt!

Well what can I say the quality was excellent and I'm a single woman in my late 50s and I found the assembly so easy the lamp in really nice well worth the money
