Unaware of the Consumer Rights Act 2015! I bought two Saxby Inova PIR lights in April 2022 and one of the PIRs has failed. I expected at least 10 years life from them, not 4 years. When I requested a discount on a replacement, quoting the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they replied completely ignoring my request and hid behind the 2 year warranty, which is irrelevant in law. I can only imagine that their 5 star reviews are fake if this is their response - total disrespect for the law! I now have to replace both lights because they are fitted either side of my garage, but I will avoid National Lighting for their lack of customer service and Saxby products for their poor reliability.

This company has been effortless from start to finish. Deals with your order and any issues with the fastest response. Would definitely use again.

Great range of products, on well-designed website: ie easy to use for finding options, and pricing etc. Staff are great: professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Pricing is competitive, delivery prompt, and if there are any issues arising, the staff are great!

Very quick delivery and competitively priced. Although it states the rechargeable lamps take 5 hours to charge but they take way longer, maybe twice as long

Excellent customer service. I was looking for replacement shade which I was initially told something they don't do but I called again few weeks later and spoke to Louise who went above and beyond to help me. She contacted the supplier to see if the shade can be bought individually and as it was not available immediately she raised order for it to delivered when it comes back in stock. She was always on the email responding/updating me which was very reassuring. Thank you Louise for your excellent customer care service!

I purchased two lights from National lighting one light is beautiful the other sadly was faulty however Julia from customer services online was very helpful my new light is coming tomorrow and Damien at the docklands store was a superstar I just moved into my first home made the experience through it was gonna put a damper but was saved by these two I would definitely recommend national lighting for all their electricity needs

Really positive experience with National Lighting. On receiving our order recently I realised a small part was missing. I reached out to customer service and Julia responded that day and was extremely helpful. Julia contacted the following day to confirm a replacement part would be sent out to me. Superior customer service and the lights are beautiful.

Ordering was really easy and product quality great. Most impressive was customer service - in fact, the best I have had for many years. One of the lampshades I received was faulty. I phoned National Lighting and the call was picked up within 3 rings! Louise was really helpful, friendly and efficient. Within 10 minutes, she had arranged collection of my faulty item along with a full refund to my account. Collection of the item happened the following day.
