Rip off. Ignore them at all price.
Abigail was very agressive the whole time, she was calling us 5 times every single day for 2 weeks, and didn't even let us breathe, she didn't hang up until we sent the details to her, while she was explaining to us that this is our last hope.
They also made changes to the plan we discussed. The loan is 11,000, and a other lady said about 4,000 will be written off after sending off the details. Apperantly, they took a nice 3,000 admin fees for themselves (taken from the installments), so only £1,000 was written off.
On paper the household income is like £1800 a month, while it's barely 1200.
They told us we will pay £100 a month for 60 months/5years. And now it turned out, we will pay £100 for 44 months, then £320 for 16 months (after car finance will end) which isn't affordable. Everything happened so fast and they pushed everything down on our throat, and we literally didn't see the light at the end of the tunnel, so I gave my signature. Just payed 1 instalment, but after reading more and more in the topic, I realised that I was ripped off. I will cancel my plan, and redo it somewhere else who doesn't take all the amount that should be written off..
Be ashamed, fooling people with their last chance of clearing their debts.. I wouldn't take a dirty money like that. Spend it on medicine.

The person I spoke to today was above all polite and detailed.
Confidence in his product the pro's and con's and at the end of the day ,the conversation and service was excellent.

Very poor service. Don't keep you updated, never call you back or return emails. Nearly 3 months ago I started the process and it's still not been actioned. Would not recommend them would say its better to go direct to a insolvency practitioner and cut them out.
