I visited numerous times before deciding an a car. Craig was excellent at explaining the pros and con of the cars I was considering. Finally decided on a Skoda Karoq and was allowed to test drive numerous times. Picking up the car was quick and stress free and was given very good instructions on how to operate the vehicle, as it was my first Automatic car. Excellent service all round.

Generally everything went as planned,salesman was very accomodating and the explanation of equipment was very helpful. The only issue was that the mats were out of stock and will require another trip to collect when in stock but in the mean time carpets getting messy.
