Very professional and relaxed environment

We have purchased vehicles from Nathaniel for many years. The salesman are always extremely knowledgeable, polite and courteous answering any query.
We have always been delighted with the service received.
Customer service and aftercare is first class

From the moment you step into the show room you can see it's well run. Staff are available and the reception area is staffed with the enquiry service one needs.
Toilets are visible also, which when elderly is a must.
Once you have made contact with the service you require, staff escort you to the appropriate place, refreshments are offered immediately, which shows a high standard of service, which continued throughout our transaction.

From the moment I stepped into Nathaniel's Bridgend. I was greeted with a friendly welcome. When waiting to see a member of staff they offered refreshments and asked if I was ok and that it won't be much longer to be seen. Then I was introduced to Julian who took care of me when ordering my next motability car. He went through every bit step by step. Never felt rushed with my questions either! So from the start to finish and driving off in my new car I found it a lovely experience with Nathaniel's.

Great service from the staff both in MG and Changan sections. Both Sam and Nyle very knowledgeable on their cars. Changan won it for me though and absolutely love it!

I would have liked mats that fit and maybe a nice keyring as i had one with my first mg hs.
