Everything was just spot on
Everything was just spot on. They answered our questions being new to EVs, nothing was a silly question. We had so much choice and the staff were very helpful and friendly and happy to advise us. We would recommend and definitely use again. Thank you

The car had a fault with satnav still waiting for it to be fixed was told on 18th of June part would take 10 days to come as of 10th of August have not heard anything.

I enjoyed the whole experience. Shaun had plenty of patience with the many questions I asked him. I didn't feel pressured to buy and handover day was great with all the functions of the car explained and the phone synced and app binded to car etc hence the 5 stars

Chris took us on the test drive and explained every thing patiently. Gwyn made the ordering process easy and when the car was available for collection, the handover was good. The only negative was whilst waiting for the car, the progress report could if been better because when our previous car (Kia Sportage) was being ordered, we received regular reports and had access to Kias website to review the progress.
But after all that, we are very pleased with car - i thought the Kia was good but the MG HS is better!
