It was quick and easy to give all my info and I got a quick response and a full time job just days after setting up my profile!

Well the family that i met on here agreed to hire me at an agreed
Salary. I did a 2 day trial which we all agreed went great , then 3 days after the
Trial (over the weekend) the family decided that they could not afford me after going over finances . Needless to say I was very upset - a complete waste of my time .. and had to start my
Process of my search all over again.

This app isn’t used much in my area - and there’s no way to tell when posts were made. One mentioned their 2021-22 school schedule and others talked about COVID protocols!
I reached out to 5-10 Nannie’s or families for possible nanny shares. I only heard back from 2 that they had full-time positions elsewhere.

Luckily I found a private FB group that is very active with nannies, sitters, daycares and parents.

I had a great experience and found a nanny on here!

I always recommend NannyLane to anyone interested in Nannying. I love the system that allows great families to meet great nannies. Twice, I have found amazing families to work with that respect the work that goes into being a nanny and have gotten the chance to help support some awesome kiddos. When I do move on from my current family, I will certainly be back here to find another perfect job.

It was easy to locate and be located by families that were a good fit. Easy site to navigate and use with success. Much better than care.com.

Scam. I have a masters degree and I’m a mother not to mention countless years of working with children. I
Paid the monthly fee and it’s been two months I haven’t gotten one response from any family. It’s definitely a scam. Also when I emailed them they call it a “ticket” I immediately started getting junk emails for jobs in my inbox. It’s FAKE

Great platform. It was easy to evaluate candidates for our Nanny Postion. Very great at providing context before you met someone and easier way to communicate back-and-forth. We would use the service again and appreciate whoever made this.!!!

Too many inactive families. It was hard to tell the ones who still needed a nanny and the ones who found one as I got multiple messages stating they already found someone and hadn’t deleted the account. I have found my past two nanny jobs here and love the website when you finally find the families that are active. 100% recommend just be aware it may take multiple messages due to too many active accounts that already found someone
