The interface is easy and intuitive. Lots of active users hence was easy to find a lot of good matches.

I appreciate that the site is easy to use and it is a free site. The notifications are also a plus.

Only two people messaged me back out of the over thirty I sent individual messages to. One was letting me know she wasn’t available. The other one was emotionally unstable and stormed out the last time she was at my house. I was honestly relieved since she had been unprofessional in several other instances and was nervous about employing her.

My family’s experience with Nanny Lane was good in regards to the app and the staff. The app was very easy to use and I found the instructions easy to follow to make a profile, set up a contract etc. which is great for a busy family! I really enjoyed having the personal assistant, they were helpful and very encouraging when I started to feel defeated as I did not find a match for our family needs.

There are a ton of nanny’s which is very good for families in need. We were looking for someone that had experience with a non verbal teen with special needs and although people would reach out they would not respond back after multiple attempts at trying to reach them. I found it hard to make contact with the potential nanny’s, the system would share that they had recently been on the site but I was not sure if they had read my message and changed their mind or find another job. There were a number of people that would respond back letting me know that they had accepted other jobs, but I had around 7 or 8 potential nanny options that did not respond after several days and multiple attempts to reach them.

I rated five stars because I do honestly believe Nanny Lane is a great resource for parents in need and they have options available such as an assistant, payroll, contracts, etc. to make things very easy for a family!

I found a family and start at the beginning of the year! Too many unrelated promotional emails from nanny lane though that do not meet my requirements.

I found an amazing nanny through Nanny Lane. I found it after searching for a better option than Care.com which I heard some not great things about.

I do wish the background check process were more integrated into the suite. I also wish that the search options were a little more robust (we needed bilingual, but not English/Spanish and that was the only option). Other than that, very helpful!

I trust nannylane, and it has worked out every time Ive used it!

I didn't care for it but it let me see who wanted care.
No one really gave me directions on how to use when I asked.

Great people on this site, who are responsive and truly want to provide exceptional care to your children. I could not be more thrilled with the nanny we were able to find through nannylane. I would recommend this service to anyone.

I used Nanny Lane for payroll services to pay my nanny. They withheld state taxes but unfortunately I was contacted by my state indicated the withoholdings were not paid. Essentially it seems Nanny Lane stole the with holding money. I've tried to contact they over the last 3 months and have gotten no results

I tried this website, honestly a little scared, but someone posted on their Instagram that’s where they found their nanny, and I can say that’s where we found ours. She’s awesome and is super professional. I like the website because it didn’t require me to pay to see the conversation like other websites, which I fully enjoyed.

I found a great family close to me pretty quickly.
