Fell way short of expectations
Chose this brand to avoid the cheap Temu-type products. So having paid a lot more, I was expecting quality.
The bottles were fine. But the stone tray is rubbish. The surface wasn’t flat and so bottles wouldn’t sit straight. The tray has cheap cork pads underneath that have just been slapped on. So tray also didn’t not sit flat on the worktop.
I complained and they’re sending a new one. But I will replace the cork feet with clear silicone - given it’s intended for use near water, this would make more sense!
I also ordered a spray bottle for a cleaner. The black spray attachment is cheap and flimsy. So this will be going back.
Overall, the expectation created by their Insta videos falls way below what you’d expect.

We've ordered a few dispensers for our bathroom and they look great.
Id love it if Namie could:
- Offer custom labels on dispensers
- Create a range of diffusers/candles/etc in a matching style to the dispensers.
- Make a 750ml option. Our niche fits a 1000ml dispenser at a push, and a 500ml would look small. Something in the middle would be perfect.

lovely and fancy bottles
Everything was perfect. The bottles are lovely and I recommend them a lot! The only thing I do not like (but it is not about Namie Home) is that, since Brexit, all the delivery process is much more complicated and the product has to pass customs and I had to pay money for that...when UK was in the UE everything was easier and cheaper...I live in Spain, by the way.
